This motel is as it's name suggests, economical, it's also, clean well run and excellent spot for Brisbane to Sydney travellers. it's position close to state turnoff, river, and large mall more than make up for a bit of road noise.

Noisy room. Décor and fittings from the 80s. I think the only recent addition to the room would be the TV, and maybe the kettle. Noisy as it is on the main road. Bathroom is very dated, and the toilet ran for 10 seconds every 5 mins or so. Clean enough, but really could do with a huge overhaul inside...

On our recent drive from Wollongong to Brisbane we decided to take a break at a town between Kempsy and Grafton. Coffs Harbour is nice but quite expensive so we decided Grafton was the spot. Bookings are easy via Booking.com and the prices were good. Around the $100 mark for a room. Sue from reception was extremely helpful and friendly....

This is a very practical hotel but I would not say an especially nice one. Practical as evidenced by a large volume of tradesmen and traveling professionals staying over. Not exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the beds are getting a bit old.

This was a great place to break our trip home. Good location within walking distance to shops. Rooms older but very clean and quite large. Double glazing ensures good night sleep. No restaurant but they have continental breakies and give a good discount for buffet breakie at another hotel a few doors up.

My family and I stayed here overnight and the motel was more than pleasing. The room was big and spacious and it came with a large double bed and a single bed. It was well worth the money, it only cost $105. It was a last minute booking and the owner welcomed us with open arms. The only thing I...

It was just myself & my two 3yo daughters and the room spacious enough for the girls to have a play. There was one double bed & a single, so I decided to sleep in the single which was a little uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
