We stayed in a family room, after arriving we had a swim and cooked a bbq by the pool for dinner. The room was clean, a little old fashioned but charming. Plenty of hot water, a large fridge and a tv was all provided. Perfect for a stop over.

Unfortunately this was the worse place we have stayed at for years. The basics that a traveller needs were of the poorest quality that we were awake from 2am and left very early in the morning simply to get away. Some of the problems: air conditioner so old and extremely noisy that we couldn't hear each other talk, let alone...

Wow! It's so rare to find a motel this clean for this price during the holidays. The studio we got had everything you need: hair dryer, kettle, tea, mugs and glasses, towels, hand towels, soap, and most importantly airconditioning!! The bed is a little firm so if you're not used to a 'less bouncier' bed you might not sleep well....

We booked a room just three hours away from Grafton, and after driving through an apocalyptic storm we were welcomed with open arms and sunny smiles. The rooms were excellently presented and you will not lack for anything. Unfortunately we were just too late to try the restaurant. Some reviews have made mention of the noise from the highway -...

We were able to get a room with a good view at late notice. The room felt really clean- really happy with our stay. Our host was friendly and took time to welcome us. We arrived too late for dinner and the bed was a little uncomfortable. I'd be happy to stay again though.

We brought about 25 elderly people to Jacaranda Motor Lodge, and were welcomed with wide open arms by Tony and Angie. Nothing was a problem, they were very receptive, accommodating, and made our stay a total pleasure. Great "country style" hospitality, and wonderful people. All on one level made access very easy for our elderly. Moo's restaurant was very yummy,...

Found this motel on the outskirts of Grafton as it seemed most in Grafton were booked out. The manager was lovely and very apologetic that we had no hot water as there was a problem with the gas heating (which has been fixed) and dropped the price for us. The room was a lot bigger than previous motels we'd stayed...

This weekend will be our third stay since Christmas at Jacaranda Motor Lodge. Travelling from Sydney Grafton is a great stopover for those who do not wish to undertake the one day trip ordeal to Brisbane. It's on the highway but we haven't found the noise to be any more of a problem than most motels which by necessity are...
