Absolutely crap! Won’t ever come here again or recommend, our friends checked in before us went to the room, tried to turn the heater on and went to the front desk after paying and got told no heater as heater was broken, they gave us blankets that had stains over the Dover. Shower sprays out the door. Our friends room stunk of sewage. Beds were squeaky. 1/2 roll of toilet paper in our friends room to start- Carina was super helpful on the Saturday when we checked in. Sunday we checked out- manger Melissa was extremely rude. She wouldn’t give a refund or some money back and told us we should have come back after 5 minutes checking in and she would have given our money back and we could have gone somewhere else. ( but wouldn’t have returned money- got told by melisa she couldn’t give us a refund as we have paid and already stayed the night! …

I understand that you are upset about the heater situation. As explained on Sunday we are unable to refund after you have stayed. Myself (Melissa) spoke in regards to the refund to you on the Sunday, as explained if you were unhappy and did not want to stay a refund would have been offered after check in if you requested it and not stayed. I am sorry that you felt that I was rude but with 4 people from your party bullying me in the office on Sunday morning I think my response was justified.

A good stay for an overnighter. Comfortable, quiet and well-priced with good share kitchen and lounge facilities. Short walk to town for restaurants, pubs, shopping. No air-conditioner for cooling but there was a ceiling fan which helped.

Havannah was clean, quiet, very warm and just what we needed. This place would have scored a 5 if the owner was interested in improving some things. Like a previous reviewer, I too got the impression that the owner was scimping on things. The toilet paper and tissues were cheap and scratchy. The toilet paper holder was loose. The shower head was set a one setting and so it was hard if you didn't want to get your hair wet. The kitchen area was reasonably clean. However, the splashback had not been recently cleaned. Also, there was only 1 container for the microwave and only 2 bowls and 2 plates in the crockery draw.

The room was small one could hardly walk, shower head was fixed and was impossible to have a good shower, the towels supplied were torn and they charged $355 for a night, absolutely rip off will never recommend this place. I feel the owner is more interested in making money

Great very clean very modern place available kitchen and relaxing place outside your room is also very nice so you can have your time on your own outside your 4 walls. Also close waking distance to town but not in town. Very quiet location.Si definitely 5 out of 5

I use Havannah Accommodation to "work from home" when I need to be in Bathurst for a few days. Rooms are always clean and neat, but what surprised me was the very fast WiFi. Even better than my home office. The desk is roomy and the office chair supplied is great. In other places I usually have to rearrange furniture to get some sort of workable seat/desk arrangement. Bed is nice and soft, but not so soft that you wake up with an aching back. The in-room fridge is handy, especially since Aldi is a few minutes walk away, and the shared dining and lounge area is huge and very well equipped too. There's even an outdoor BBQ area that is under shelter. Easy off-street parking and for those of us with bad knee(s), it's a short, flat walk to reception and the ground floor rooms. I've stayed here maybe a dozen times and never had a complaint. All this for the cheapest place in town. No brainer.…

Have stayed in these apartments a few times now and find them clean, value for money and quiet. Convenient also with the shared facilities of a kitchen if required. Would love to see Austar available in the future

Had 2 great nights at Bathurst recently. Havannah Accom is an excellent place to stay. As stated above it was nice and clean and quiet. I take my bike every time I go to Bathurst which makes getting around really easy. Also found a scenic path around part of the Macquarie River.

The location was good, the building was relatively new, clean and with carpark, but I was extremely disappointed. There is nowhere in the accommodation description that the building didn't have aircon in the bedrooms!!! This is completely unacceptable, I paid upfront without refund option, and 235.00/night because there was a race on the weekend coming, I expected better. The rooms were clean, but it was so hot that my 6 nights in there were like nightmares, waking up at 40-45 degrees of heat in the middle of the night, with a fan on the roof blowing hot air, and the room had this beautiful expensive gas/oil heater in the room... why not a reverse-cycle aircon???... so disappointed. I didn't change hotels, because I could not get a refund. I think this would be a great place for winter, but not in summer. whoever decided to spend the money on the heating system, instead of aircon systems should be shot! I usually don't say nasty things.. but I was very very frustrated.…

I really liked this accommodation. I came to Bathurst with my son as he loves anything old so I wanted to take him to all the old buildings, old shops and old museums here. This accommodation had a great location. It was really close to Bathurst train station, the bus stops as we came by public transport and the shopping centre. I picked this accommodation because of this. The facilities were pretty good. There was a kitchen and a bbq area to cook food. The only thing was though there were no recreational facilities. There was also a t.v in our rooms as well. The customer service was great. The staff were very friendly and showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know during our stay there. The room was very good. It was very clean and comfortable. They had soaps, shampoo and conditioner for us to use which was nice. It had a fan and a heater and T.V. Everything was there that we needed. The accommodation looked very modern as well. A great place, will stay again.…
