It's one street back from Beach Road, so is quiet. The interior looks like it was renovated very recently, as everything (and I mean everything) was fresh and clean. Excellent use of light brown tiles and medium brown trimmings.

Everything needed was in the full-size kitchen, with two TVs (living area and bedroom) and a large shower. Good balcony (with not much view), but a barbecue was available.

Best was having a garage, that was capacious (could take 2 small cars) and secure (avoiding salt on the car at night). Close to Surf Beach (walking distance) which has a good local shopping centre with a chemist, hair-dresser, bottle shop and an excellent pizza place.

Well worth every dollar. We'll be back.

Had a lovely 3 Night stay here and found everything very good. The position was very lovely and the unit was a big unit. The bed was great and enabled us to have good nights sleep whilst travelling. The shower was not quite so good but was acceptable, For value the place was right up there and was good value for money - The unit was very clean and well kept and deserves five star for cleanliness. Overall I would recommend this establishment for a lovely stay in Bateman's Bay. Enjoy

I traveled to Batemans Bay on business and was going back a couple of weeks later and was having my family join me. I found Parker By The Sea through the local tourist information centre and went to see the proprietors Craig and Grace so I could have a look at the accommodation. They invited me into their house for a coffee and I ended up spending 30 minutes talking to them. When I arrived for my stay I was greeted by Craig who was very accommodating again. During my week long stay I had a couple of minor issues (light bulb not working was the worst) but they were fixed quickly. The accommodation itself is fantastic with all rooms being very large and the place is spotless. The location was great just, less than 10 minutes from Batemans Bay town centre and close to the local shops and beach (both within easy walking distance). I couldn't recommend Parker by the Sea more highly.

Stayed for 4 nights in March 2018. Very clean and well maintained apartment, good room sizes, airconditioning in lounge room, kitchen fully equipped, undercover parking, comfortable beds, no fuss check in. Short drive to Batemans Bay. Easy access to beaches. Would stay here again.

We just had 2 nights at Parker by the Sea and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was just perfect!! Plenty of room, clean, very comfortable, modern...very well appointed self-contained accommodation. And it was just outside the hubbub of central Batemans Bay making it quiet and peaceful. The host, Grace, was absolutely lovely. She made us feel very welcome and stayed for a nice chat about all sorts of things. Also thought the pricing was very reasonable for the high quality of accommodation it is. Grace also pointed us to some very nice accommodation in Merimbula which we did in fact stay in (and it was great!!). We thought the beach was great...the weather was a bit too cold for us Queenslanders to swim, but a very nice beach all the same. Not rocky at all. The local Thai restaurant did good takeaway. Will definitely recommend to others...

The properties are well maintained and very clean. The 3 bedroom unit is great for 2 couples to stay as each can have their own bathroom. Kitchen has all necessary equipment and is up to date. The tiled floors are great if you are likely to have sandy feet!
The beach is either a 5 minute walk or 2 minute car journey, and the beaches on this part of the coast are excellent with great sand and relatively quiet at all times of the day. For eating you can either head back in to Batemans Bay or there are a variety of takeaway options within walking distance.

We stayed in townhouse #1 and it provided everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Very modern, spacious and well equipped with everything you need to be fully self sufficient. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to numerous beaches (drive or walk) and also close to a small shopping centre including an IGA. You will need a car if you want to go into Batemans Bay or any of the other attractions around the place. BBQ on the outside patio was very pleasant. Hosts were very helpful and Grace was keen to ensure a good stay. This is not a hotel/motel and it is clear that you are to provide your own toiletries. Soap and dish-washing consumables are provided and lasted our 4 days. If you are staying longer you do need to re-stock yourself as the owners only provide a "starter" amount of cleaning products. Large aircon in open plan lounge/kitchen/dining and pedestal fans in the bedrooms. Not sure how the bedrooms and bathrooms are heated in winter as there didn't appear to be obvious heating in those areas. The apartment is certainly well appointed and equipped for anyone to move in and stay long term if they wanted.

We spent two nights (apartment number 4) in this apartment. The furniture are very old and smells bad. No towels. No Shampoo. The view from the kitchen goes into the garage. Unfriendly owner. No heating in the badroom.
