Disappointed with this park. It is rather run down and very weary. The better sites were roped off, we were adjacent to a cabin which had a noisy heating unit. Facilities were clean but old and scruffy. Equipment in the laundry was in a terrible state. Cost $30 pn. I would rather pay more for better quality accommodation.

I think the park is in the middle of renovation. A number of sites were fenced off and appeared to have new concrete slabs. The amenities also looked to me like they had recently been renewed. Unfortunately entry was by a code lock. There was no hand sanitiser beside the key pad. I was given my choice of site. Either drive through or conventional. This was a first for me. I don’t know if they do this all the time. The park was pretty empty. They also gave helpful hints on how to survive the cold. My favourite was get out of bed late.

We were very impressed as soon as we entered the cabin. The bedrooms were clean and prepared with absolute care. The bathroom and toilet were also sanitised well. It felt nice and cosy with a nice heater and it was a small but comfortable living space.

Nice enough staff and hands down THE BEST hot water I have ever showered in. Thats where it ended. It was disgustingly dirty. The camp kitchen just horrendous. The pool dirty. The games room was old and neglected. Everything very neglected and uncared for. Disappointed we stayed there.

We booked a two night stay in advance. The first cabin offered to us had broken tiles on the floor in the bathroom, there was a hole in one door, the kitchen cabinets were worn out and the bathroom vanity was so worn I have never seen one like it in my life. There was another cabin next to us that I think was being renovated and there was building rubbish everywhere. I told the office "we are not staying in there" to be told "well that is our standard cabin" however we were offered another cabin. It was very small but it was much better than the first one. It was dirty though, there were things that had not been cleaned in ages, cobwebs and holes in the screen door. It was the first place we have stayed where there was not any sanitiser in the cabin. The gardens were not kept at all, there was debris under our carport and weeds everywhere. It is the worst caravan park cabin I have ever experienced, we stayed at a number of fantastic ones on our trip. You can easily do much better than this place. It was so bad we only stayed one night even though we paid for two nights, that is how bad it was.
