Very conveniently located, quiet place, close to Armidale attractions. The hosta were friendly and helpful and took us to feed the Alpacas. The place was clean and fully equipped. Major complaint is the bathroom, impossible to use the basin and a tight squeeze, unable to towel one self dry after the shower.
A great spot for the family, feeding alpacas and great hosts. Breakfast was home made bread, berries etc and eggs however you cooked them. Very comfortable for a family of 4 and just up the road from the Uni!

Hosts are congenial and available to answer all questions about alpacas. Feeding time is wonderful especially for the excited wide eyed children. Alpaca wool available. We will return.
Thank you Bron and David for having us at your beautiful piece of paradise. You were amazing hosts that went above and beyond for our family. The room was lovely and the breakfast amazing! We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

The main room is spacious and there is a dining table and very basic galley kitchen which allows you to prepare breakfast and simple evening meals. The garden is beautiful and the alpacas complete a bucolic scene. The owners are very amenable and friendly but there is no question of intrusion of your space. Highly recommended as a peaceful location only 4km from the edge of town for your Armidale stay. New England at its most scenic.…
