We had a 2 bedroom apartment ( 1 king, 1 queen bed) with 2 bathrooms which was ideal for us for an overnight stay. The kitchenette was small with very limited utensils but was adequate for our needs. Beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious. We particularly liked the stand alone walk in showers. Women at reception on check in and check out were very helpful and friendly. There was a lot of undercover parking and a small lift to the 2nd floor We ate dinner at the restaurant which had a good selection. We did have a problem with my main meal that had a sauce on it I could not have that was not listed in the dish description. They were very apologetic and my meal was redone and dessert was no charge. I appreciated them resolving it with a satisfactory solution.

Hovell Tree Inn is an excellent option for overnight stays on way to/ from Melbourne or Adelaide. We have stayed there a number of times over the past decade. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Beds quite comfortable. Compact balcony a nice feature. Location excellent with proximity to Murray river a short walk, and centre of town a short drive. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant is quite good from previous experience but not open on Sunday night when we stayed. No in-room microwave.

Cleaners are obviously on holiday from this facility? Room is a bit dated but bathrooms look like they have been refreshed more recently. Good water pressure in the shower but the drains don’t take the volume of water, so therefore floods the whole bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable, aircon worked well, TV no worries. Coffee maker has never been cleaned, gross. Doors on the lift were very slow to open. To summarise, the amount of dust and dirt and spider web was quite gross. They haven’t moved any furniture to vacuum around or under any of it in quite some time. This place could rate a lot better if it was just cleaned properly!!

There are plenty of great reviews here but I’m sure none of them were after staying in room 56 (Queen and either 2 singles or a king). It’s on level 2 of the second building. It is a terrible room and should either be turned into a storage room or booked at a reduced rate explaining the window situation - but not until the a/c has been fixed (filter cleaned?). It’s basically a windowless room, with only a frosted window that opens 5cm onto an enclosed airwell / internal tunnel leading from the carpark to the sky, resulting in quite the prison-esque vibe. It is oppressive and airless, with accompanying stale smell. Our a/c unit was completely ineffectual and after having it on for 2 hours my mildly asthmatic daughter started having trouble breathing (filter issue??) so I took her for a walk outside. In the fresh air she recovered. Back in our room she was wheezing again. I spoke to reception who gave me 2 fans. We opened our 5cm air slit window and left the fans on and a/c off which was the best we could do until guests started leaving at 6am - yes all the sound travels from the carpark up through the airwell. 2 stars for friendly reception staff and the clean, modern bathroom.

We booked three units for family group. They were all located next to each other. The staff quickly reconfigured the bed set up to our family members without extra charge . The units were great. The motel is in a ideal position for families with small children with a great play park only a small walk away.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which was great. Very clean and well presented. Beds were amazing, allowing for a really comfortable nights sleep. Staff were helpful and very polite. Had dinner in their Dining Room - started off with what we thought was an unusual dish - lamb spring rolls. They were delicious (would love to have the recipe !!) All in all, our stay at the BW Hovell Tree Inn was indeed one of the highlights of our trip away.

Our room was well appointed, all of the staff were excellent and very accommodating. The restaurant was fantastic with food 10/10. We travelled for family and have stayed at the Hovell Tree Inn before, the facility is always of a high standard and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend staying here if anyone is ever in the Albury region.

During our short stay for a medical appointment for my newborn, we arrived late and we’re greeted with friendly service. As it was winter & too cold to venture out with a newborn we were able to order room service for dinner & breakfast. The food was served warm & in a timely manner not to mention was absolutely delicious! Upon checkout we were also greeted with exceptional service. The location was great to where we needed to go. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you have a family as they had all the amenities! I will definitely be choosing to stay here again for our next stay in Albury !!!!

Best Western Plus Hovell Tree Inn was "The Best" we had a great overnight stay, on arrival we found very friendly staff greeting us at the front desk, as well as in the dining room. Rooms found to be clean spacious and comfortable with most of the expected conveniences found in one spot. Would have liked to have had USB charging ports in power points for phone charging. Great safe Car parking on site and convenient to front desk when checking out back secure entry to gym, Laundry and lift to get up to rooms. Room numbers clearly marked for clear finding. Over all great place to stay and highly recommend it.

Hi there, yes the Hovell has plenty of parking with some undercover as well.
I don’t think you’ll have any problem parking with the trailer unless they are extremely busy. Cheers!
