What a gem! Accomodation was inexpensive. Room and decor were fabulous. Great period theme done tastefully without being overdone or tacky. Service was exceptional. Very inexpensive. We made one slight mistake, read the menu in the room and decided to eat dinner there as the prices were very reasonable. Once seated we realised the menu in the room was for room service (it is written on the menu). However although more expensive the five star service and food were worth every cent. Considering the quality and class it was also very sensibly priced.
I ate the duck, husband ate the steak and daughter had a risotto and we were all very impressed with our meals. Sadly no room in our bellies to try dessert!
Indoor pool was a delight. Clean, warm, great ambiance, very relaxing and safe.
Having been on the road for a month I was especially grateful for the free washing machines and dryers. All in excellent working order, in a clean and well maintained laundry.
Customer service at checkin, check out and dinner was very friendly and efficient. Our young waiter Kyle was exceptional, providing silver service.
We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

My welcoming at the front desk was friendly and efficient plus they had an easy to understand Covid safe procedure.
There is plenty of parking at the rear of the Albury Manor which is from where you can access the property with your security key.
My room was at the far end of the ground floor and was very well appointed with modern bathroom, plenty of space and an extremely comfortable bed.
I didn't have an opportunity to use the restaurant or bar but it looked very welcoming nevertheless.
Only thing I would suggest is that the doors have soft-close mechanisms installed as those checking out early were clearly heard and a door on the shower rather than a curtain wouldn't have gone amiss.
However, all up I thought the accomodation in general was excellent and just what I needed for an overnight stay.

This is our 3rd Christmas in a row at the Manor House , no surprise really as it is our Favourite Home away from Home . We booked when we left last Year and have been looking forward to our Christmas in Albury . We always book room 105 as it suits our needs . Very Spacious , with a good size Balcony with a Table & 2 chairs . A great Bath Tub that you can lay down in with a shower over the Bath . Plenty of space to relax on the Couch or have a meal on a choice of 2 Tables . Blackout Blinds and a very quiet Hotel . They Have an indoor Heated Pool , Spa & Sauna .You can eat in the on site Restaurant or have very reasonably priced Room Service Meal.. The Christmas Dinner will be reviewed separately .
We have already Booked for next Christmas .

Albury Manor House was a great surprise, not expecting such comfortable and good value accommodation on our trip to Melbourne. We wanted to stay longer but had a time constraint. Both room service dinner and breakfast were great. It really provides a reason to stop and visit Albury.

We paid $120 per night for an executive tudor room which is well worth upgrading to for an extra $10 or so for the northerly aspect and balcony.
The tariff has barely gone up since our very first stay 8 years ago.

Pros
We were checked in by a more mature gentleman who went above and beyond to give us outstanding service.
Requests for early check in, late check out, quiet room were all granted with a smile.
We love this hotel because it has lots of character, comfy beds and it is is a great position.
We especially like that Harris Farms is just across the road and it is only a short walk to restaurants, clubs etc.

Highly recommended

This is a really lovely hotel with enormous rooms, king beds and centrally located.
We have stayed here before so it really was the motel we wanted to stay in on this trip.
It did not disappoint again.
Rooms are spotless, checking is really seamless, heating is great for the cold Albury winter nights and the amenities are numerous with great undercover and open air car parking. Our suggestion woukd be to book early because it is a very reasonably priced motel and seriously good for the cost.

Fantastic hospitality.

The staff here go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable.

I arrived late with kids in tow, tired after a 6 hour car journey with 5 boys, (my nightmares felt like sweet dreams compared to this journey)!

The reception stayed late to greet us, the room was big enough for us all, the beds comfortable, the whole place spotless, I felt like a fluffy cloud had wrapped me up preparing me for another hell road trip the next day.

We slept in but still the restaurant still fed my boys and I.

The decor is a bonus and we will be back to actually holiday one day soon.

Thank you

My son and I stayed at this motel. It is located in close proximity (walking distance) to town and just across Harris Farm Market, if you care for quality grocery and a huge selection: the largest Harris Farm I have ever visited in Australia.
The beds are quite good and the staff friendly but, the bathroom is scary: awfully outdated and neglected. No recycling bins or option not to have towels washed every day or other signs of care for the environment.
This motel has great potential and could get better reviews if management would put in a bit more effort.

We chose this hotel based on ratings and needed one night. We were lucky to get a cancellation. Arriving after dark and being met with such a nice room and facilities and being checked in by great staff made the one-night stop a very memorable experience. The room was well equipped and very clean. The bed was wonderful (perhaps helped by the long drive we had done). Would definitely stay there again.

Traveling for business, it was refreshing to have lots of parking - some of it undercover, plus good quality meals, a 4 poster bed in the well presented room plus great things to look at in the foyer and other public areas. The room rate was quite good and staff were friendly and helpful. There are block out blinds which are fabulous plus a small balcony. One downside was that the room was a little stuffy due to the heat and the air conditioner was a bit noisy to sleep with it on. Overall I will be back.
