All I can say is dusty! Drive through sites are very narrow, so narrow that we couldn't half extend our rollout awning. Sites are all gravel and super dusty, but then semi flooded during a storm. Bathrooms were very small needed some love. Pool was good and staff friendly.

Thank you for your review we truly appreciate all feedback. We do our best with what we have & at times the weather just doesn't go our way. Some of our sites are narrow and designed for drive-thru, stay connected sites for those not wanting to unhook and just a quick stopover. Unfortunately, you stayed with us during intense storms not normal in this area with such intensity which is unfortunate and right after road works to re-instate all the roads in the park which washed away. We hope you will give us another opportunately when you pass by again.

Excellent caravan park to stay at, especially travelling with a dog. Managers were lovely, put on Xmas Eve BBQ and welcomed us to Xmas dinner as guests! Residents were also very friendly and lovely to spend time with. Amenities were always clean, very nice pool, park for dogs to run around right next door. Just up the road from petrol station, food, shopping etc and entry into highway.

Recently took my brand new campervan for a bit of a road trip and booked a powered site at the All Seasons. What a fabulous little caravan park this is!! The amenities block was spotless - COVID-safe and immaculate showers, toilets and wash areas. Rob and Marion were excellent hosts, staying up late for my arrival and being very gracious whilst doing so. Rob was helpful, lending me tools when I needed them for my campervan, and giving great tips for setting up camp. The pool was sparkling; the camp kitchen clean and organised, with a mounted television to entertain whilst cooking. Quiet time was after 10pm, and silence reigned. The National Grove next door - a reserve with play equipment, a creek, and lots of room, was perfect for exercising both myself and my dog. Overall, an excellent place to camp/visit. I'll be returning next time I'm in Albury.

Hi Judith - thank you for your lovely feedback and we enjoyed having you andTom here as a guest at the tourist park. Your maiden voyage in your new camper van was certainly an interesting experience with the weather conditions not the best when driving down the freeway but you did extremely well . We hope you have some great adventures in your new camper van and may see you again during your travels.

I cannot speak highly enough of the owners. They were very lovely and highly accommodating, ensuring that I had the best stay. The accommodation I stayed in was spacious and clean. The outdoor areas were well maintained. Traffic noise was minimal.

We recently booked 7 cabins here for a family reunion with family coming from as far as QLD for a couple of nights. The resort has new park managers who look like they have been working really hard to do the place up. We had 2 of the newer cabins (3 and 4 Queen bed only) which were very well appointed. The older cabins were okay but a little stuffy and cramped once you have a family of 4 or more in them, especially the ones with 4 single bunks in one room but for 1 night they were okay. We were lucky enough to have 2 cabins right at the front of the park which gave us great access to a large covered seating area, a beautiful grassed area, BBQ area and the pool. With 40 odd people all wanting to catch up in the one area it was ideal and worked perfectly for us. All of the cabins had toaster, kettles, microwaves, cooking facilities, crockery and cutlery plus there was a camp kitchen with BBQ equipment you could use. Air conditioning in the new cabins was more effective than in some of the older cabins but all cabins also had fans. The cabins were reasonable clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. For cost and convenience we would definitely stay again. Thanks

I highly recommend this caravan park, it is extremely clean in the amenities ( you can step out of the shower onto a rubber mat), the toilets are very cleans well. Our camp site is beside a cooking kitchen, so you can cook and clean our plates and utensils. Again 10/10 for this place.

We stopped at a Top caravan park as we are members - for 2 nights, but the drive through site was very narrow and we just fitted (our van is 20’6”) the park is clean but just meant for small caravans, no room to put your awning out.

Friendly staff took our caravan booking within 2 hours of our arrival, checked on us when we were setting up, helped with general info. Ammenities and camp kitchen very clean and tidy. Shady areas and pool were great. Pets permitted and all shapes and sizes were seen. Morning of our check out we had a sick child so had a dr visit which meant we would be late for check out and this was no bother, they even came to check on her when we returned. Highly recommend for great service and facilities!

We stayed at the park one night on our way back to Melbourne from Sydney. The manager Julie is extremely rude. She did not try to help customers. In addition, cabin is very small with limited space. Not recommend.

Great Park with Cabins and Caravan Sites, very clean and tidy, the Manager was friendly and very helpful. Close to shops and a short drive to Albury and across the border to Wodonga, would recommend, great value.
