Detailed Reviews
Albury Burvale is clean, quiet and good value. The manager is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is perfectly good for an included Continental motel breakfast -- you can always buy a cooked breaksfast as an option. I like the location because, these days with the highway bypass, it's off the main drag but still within easy reach of all facilities.

Great location. Room could do with a bit of updating/renovation. Clean. But cleaner came to clean room prior to our departure through the rear door in the complex whilst the room was still occupied and then kinda paced outside the room until we left at the advertised check out time - which was a bit uncomfortable. And one of the blankets in the room had an unidentified stain on it!!

We stayed in room 29 for one night during a recent road trip and, as the price was quite reasonable, we weren't expecting a lot. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the room cleanliness, amenities and size! The room was also quiet, allowing for a good nights sleep. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was plentiful and a great way to start another day on the road.

Was supposed to stay 2 nights (family of 3). We stayed first night and found another motel for the 2nd night. The room was large. It’s was a one bedroom type apartment with a very small, very hard double bed and a very hard single bed. The sofa in the lounge area was a pull out sofa bed. The kitchenette didn’t have a sink. The room was interconnecting and the walls to the other room were very thin. We could hear every conversation. On arriving back to the motel on our second afternoon a group of university students arrived and looked like they were ready to have a huge party in the room next door. That and a terrible nights sleep previous was enough for us to find a nicer, quieter motel.

So glad to greet the new day.
We were put in a room that smelled like a cleaning supply closet. It was so overwhelming my husband put the chain on the door and wedged it open to get fresh air in the room all night. We still awoke with headaches and stuffy sinuses.
The bed, while not old, still needs a mattress topper added as the feeling of springs underneath is less than comfy.
Nevertheless, the room was very clean.
For a facility that doesn't allow dogs in rooms, it was interesting to hear two different dogs barking in rooms down the interior hallway.

Looking for an overnight stop on way from Melb to Sydney. Read positive reviews but was not our experience. I will not be back! No smoke alarm connected, Window winders not working, Bathroom very cramped. Road noise is not mentioned in review.

Stayed here for one night weekend stay, and we were pleasantly suprised. Rooms are slightly dated but are a good size and clean. For the cost of accommodation it also included a continental breakfast. Owners are also very helpful. I will be staying here again on our next visit to Albury.

Friendly, helpful and attentive manager.
Rooms were pleasant and reasonably well appointed. Bed was too hard. But that’s life. Clean and cheerful. Good linen and towels. Soap dispensers a little outdated.. but worked well. Shower was hot and adequate pressure.
Would stay again.
