Detailed Reviews
There are many good features of this motel, the first is location. At the top of Dean Street, the main shopping area, places you among restaurants, bars and coffee shops and just a block away from the Commercial Club. The motel hosts are warm and welcoming, ready to assist at any time. The Deluxe Balcony Suites have been renovated with a kitchenette, microwave and flat TV. Beds were large and comfortable with heated blankets if needed. Dean St is not busy during the night so road noise was never an issue. Cooked breakfast is available for room service at a very reasonable price.

Stayed 1 x night in June in a Family Suite. It was a great nightly rate & location is one of the best, walking distance to wherever you need to go, even on a cold night. Check in process was very easy and friendly.
The Family room was very clean, the separate room for up to 2 kids is perfect for parents. Comfortable beds with extra blankets a must for winter and the 2 x split system units + TV's for each room is great way to keep everyone happy. The kitchenette was clean and well supplied. The bathroom, while dated in appearance, was really clean & smelt like bleach on arrival which is quite comforting these days. Towels were the usual motel style and the general amenities provided. Small dining table and chairs are there for a quick breaky or meal but the idea of this place is you head out for your meals.
Definitely would stay here again & that was the most difficult part - it was already booked out for our next visit to Albury so we will have to go elsewhere, so see you next time!!

It is extremely clean and tidy without having that awful disinfectant smell that some places have . The owners were very welcoming . The rooms are off the street so very quiet . The coffee shop next door is good for breakfast but allow time because it was very busy on Sunday

I was very happy with my 1 night stay at The Regent. The room was extremely clean, the bed comfortable and having a separate seating area made it feel very upmarket. Check-in was easy and the offer of fresh milk was very welcome after a long drive. Handy to great food and shopping. Terrific value.

Really nice room, we just stayed the one night as a stopover. Room and bathroom were spacious, immaculately clean, pretty quiet considering it was facing the main street, free parking, good air conditioning, comfortable bed, big TV. The only minor gripe I have is that the water pressure in the shower was terrible. We checked in after hours which was no hassle at all and Jackie was very friendly at check out and in all communication. Great location in Albury, walking distance to lots of things including major shops and there's cafe next door where we got an excellent coffee. We thought it was very good value for money, especially given we stayed two nights before Christmas when prices are always inflated. Would definitely stay again.

This motel is well located in Albury - nice quiet location and close to amenities - and strikes me as being very well run. It is as clean as a whistle and the room was very comfortable and a nice size. Internet provided which was a nice bonus. Onsite parking a further plus. It may look modest from the outside but that is deceptive - the rooms a really nice, especially for what I paid.

We stayed one night at the Albury Regent Motel and couldn’t be happier with their hospitality. The room was spotless and very well maintained and the location was fantastic. They were also able to accommodate a last minute request for a late checkout.

We found this motel to be a pleasure to stay at. The greeting at reception was a lovely way to arrive. The large room was very clean, well appointed with great attention to detail. We were spoilt for choices of places to eat with restaurants of all different cuisines along the street.

+1
Decided to try this motel out. Good central location down the end of the main street, so close to everything (in walking distance). The room was very clean and tidy. Decent sized rooms. The beds were comfortable (for me), not too hard or too soft. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Good value for the location.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and would not hesitate to stay again. We only stayed one night as we were passing through but it is a great location. Being diagonally across from the beautiful botanic gardens and just down the road from the shopping centre and a few restaurants it was extremely convenient. Beds were also comfortable. Reasonably priced as well and would definitely stay again.
