Thoughtful, lavish and decadent. We were absolutely stunned by the lengths that every person we encountered on our stay went to to ensure our stay was perfect. From the owner carrying our bags to our room to the chef himself waiting our table for the Dining on the Edge experience, we felt like we got the royal treatment. At every turn we were delighted by the many thoughtful extra details and inclusions, that well exceeded our expectations. The views are breathtaking, the room was beautiful, and the chef is truly an artist with food. Our two night babymoon was a restful retreat and a luxury experience that we will never forget. Thank you to Andrew and Sonja and all your staff, we loved it and will rave to all who will listen.
We had an amazing stay at tumbling waters retreat, much better experience than we had imagined. The venue itself is very tranquil and pictuiresque. The staff are all amazing, Karen the hotel Manager, Sonja and Andrew the owners and their son and the lovely waitress who’s first day it was, couldn’t have asked for better service! The food was great, lots of it and a great variety. We have 3 different dietary requirements and nothing was a problem. We will definitely be back and we sure to recommend tumbling waters retreat to friends.
My partner had a wonderful couple of nights stay at Tumbling Waters in the Luxe Ocean Suite. The location and view is incredible! Very private, quiet, and relaxing. We purchased the package that included a platter on one night and a three course meal the next, both of which were amazing! Very generous serves and delicious food. Likewise, the breakfast platters that were included in our stay were fabulous. The upper deck is a wonderful place to relax and have a complimentary drink. So many lovely touches and attention to detail! The grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was very inviting. So many things to do on the south coast and Tumbling Waters is situated in a great spot to explore the surrounds (including the Royal National Park and lots of lovely beaches). Can’t wait until our next stay!…
We stay two nights in the Amazi studio room. Breathtaking ocean view. Right at the water. Good spot for fishing. Waking up with beautiful sunrise. The studio is clean. Good atmosphere. Price a bit pricey, you get what you pay for! Sonja & Andrew was a fantastic host. Generous breakfast we dont need to have lunch! Highly recommend this beautiful retreat. Can't wait to return
We recently visited Tumbling waters for our Anniversary. We can't recommend this property enough. The rooms are clean and luxiousious, the staff are friendly and approachable. The food is amazing. The property gardens are just spectacular. Not even the weather can put a damper on this property.
