Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This boutique hotel is perfectly located just a few minutes walk from town and the Skyline gondola. Staff are so helpful, from arranging early check - in and late check - out, to making renting a car the easiest process I have ever done, everything sorted at reception with the vehicle waiting in their car park, they can also assist with dinner reservations and other bookings. I had a beautiful room facing the park, very comfy bed, huge freestanding bath and rainfall shower. The 'happy hour' drinks and canapés they run each day at 6pm, is a nice way to start the evening and meet fellow guests. Cooked breakfast is excellent, with a good number of options. If I could make a couple of suggestions, batista coffee should not be an extra charge at a 5* hotel, and bottled water in the room should be free, although you can fill up a bottle at a tap in the reception area.

This is the best place to stay in Queenstown! The location is amazing, cooked to order breakfast each morning and nightly happy hour with canapés and drinks is an added bonus. The concierge service of Julian, Camille, Diego and Lucretia was top notch. All restaurant recommendations were delicious, and helping us organize our day was very helpful. We stayed 5 nights, and we loved every minute!

Wonderful Hotel, Super friendly staff, comfortable beds, very close to a lot of activities. Happy Hour at 6 meet other travelers and listen to vintage music on record player. Awesome Experience. We stayed here in between guided hunts and outdoor fishing adventures.

I have stayed at five star Accommodations and this boutique hotel has surpassed all of them. you will not find more gracious, accommodating, and engaging host than you find here. The host found out. We were leaving early for a tour the next morning, so offered to bring us breakfast to our room the night before and it wasn’t like a packaged muffin. It was gourmet breakfast. The reception hour was superb so many little touches that add warmth to your stay such as a record player during reception hour, great music… really delicious gourmet hors d’oeuvres… Breakfast is done by two chefs made to order breakfast is absolutely superb. The room was spacious decorated very fashionably. The bed was super comfortable. Water pressure was noticeably fantastic also in the shower. Location is the best … walking minutes to the gondola and the town, queens gardens, the warf. The hotel lent us bikes, and E bikes which made exploring super fun. You just won’t get all these extras anywhere else. The staff is what made it perfect and I am sad to leave the area.

This place is INCREDIBLE! Luxury at very reasonable cost. Amazing rooms (daily room service and heated towel bars!), KIND staff, delicious gourmet breakfast, wine/appetizers each night in the lobby. This hotel is a literal 2 minute walk to the center of town! I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown! You will not be disappointed.

This small, modern hotel is located within easy walking distance of Queenstown shopping, restaurants and the harbor. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. We also had a view of a park and rugby field that were lovely. Bonuses include moderately priced laundry, generous and tasty breakfast and happy hour in the lounge. Terrific staff were very helpful and professional

A absolute winner of a hotel within a stones throw of the main drag while still being quiet and cosy. Amazing staff - Julian was a star with his restaurant recommendations. Delicious breakfast, and the evening drinks/canapés are a real highlight. 5 stars. Would recommend!

I stayed several days at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel during a two week stay in New Zealand. I was doing some trekking so I was in and out several times. The staff is what makes this hotel so wonderful. Everyone I encountered was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. When one of my treks got canceled due to a big storm, they were able to get me in again, even though they had a large business group scheduled at the same time. As far as the hotel itself, the rooms are sleek and modern, with comfortable beds, an amazing included full breakfast, and a cocktail hour every day where they serve complimentary appetizers and wine. You can’t go wrong with this hotel!

A surprisingly quiet location near the busy town, overlooking the rugby fields and the landing spot of the para-gliders from the top. The staff is friendly, Julian is a great character, and extremely helpful. The breakfast is excellent, and don't miss the free afternoon wine and canapés, they are delicious. And the high quality vinyl player in the lounge with 70s music is a super thoughtful touch, and played at just the right volume. Just one small suggestion for some over-enthusiastic staff members: not everyone expects to be greeted after a long drive with a loud 'Hi guys'! :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was convenient to town and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had a nicely decorated room with comfortable beds. As an added touch, the hotel put on a complimentary happy hour with wine and canapes that was really nice. Our stay also included breakfast that consisted of delicious specially prepared hot dishes, along with pastries, fruit, cereal and yogurt. We also really appreciated that they provided us with breakfast items the night before we had to leave very early in the morning for a Milford Sound tour. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there again if I was returning to Queenstown.
