What you see is what you get with this hotel. Rooms are nice with all the mod cons expected of a 4* hotel breakfast is plentiful and tasty, definitely worth adding to the booking. Gym and sauna are small but never used when we were there so had them to ourselves Free hotel parking which is great as street parking...

The Peppers Beacon is a large, well designed, modern hotel on the road to Glenorchy, but just a short 400m walk to the Queenstown piers, restaurants and shops. There is underground parking for guests with lift to reception. The rooms are an excellent standard with separate bedroom and living room with sofa, table and chairs: some rooms have balconies with...

2 adult couples (so, 4 adults) staying in a large two bedroom lake view apartment in great location in QT. Priceless views. Apartments do not have air con, which would generally not be an issue in QT, but it was quite warm when we stayed there in January 2017. Kitchen could have had better utensils and equipment for those who...

The hotel is rather nice and beautifully located, directly on the lakefront with an astonishing view of the mountains, especially The Remarkables. It was mostly fine but there are a few things which could be changed/improved. Firstly, there is no ramp at the entrance so if you have heavy luggage you have it heave it up several stairs. Secondly, the...

Lovely room with a view of the lake. Very close to city centre - and no big hills to climb to get there. Ask for fan for your room if visiting in summer. One of the better places to stay that's fore sure

This hotel is a far cry from luxury. They charge a lot for WiFi and the login is so difficult there was a line of people at the small reception area needing help. No other hotel I stayed at in New Zealand charged for WiFi including much better hotels in Auckland and Wellington. Standard rooms are large but incredibly poorly...

Great location close to lake and town. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Good appliances that made every thing easy. On a few hot nights we had a ceiling fan would have been better in the bedroom closest to the service hallway
