Location is a wee bit out of the way so you will need to arrange transport to and from Queenstown. Room was good and the place is well designed in terms of mitigating any noise. It may be problematic if you need to interact with staff as this place is obviously run on a 'do-it-yourself' bases.

Have tried to phone, have tried to email twice from their website contact page and have had not response. I'd advise boook someplace else where the managers are polite enough to return phone calls and answer emails promptly. How do you contact them if you arrive and the instructions for the key check in (no office) do not work -...

My Girlfriend and I stayed in room 42B with the most AMAZING view of the lake, waking up and seeing these views was bliss! I always try provide a little bit of constructive feedback with any review, I would recommend, parking be a little closer to the unit, also the WiFi didn't quite reach our room and dropped in an...

Let me start out by saying that the apartment itself is very nice. An average view compared to some of the other places we stayed in NZ and some of the other places closer to town but still amazing, however not unobstructed... The kitchen facilities were more than enough for what we required. The bathroom is very large and we...

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights from the 25th July. I had read all the reciews on tripadvisor and as usual there was a mix of satisfied and dis-pleased people. We had booked a one bedroom apartment and to our absolute joy checked into a 2 bedroom apartment complete with undercover lock up garage with internal access....

I booked a one bedroom apartment 3 months before my trip, I even called the hotel to confirm my booking and they confirmed it. However, one week before my holiday I was told they had double booked the room and cancelled my reservation. I could not understand how this could happen and it was very stressful because almost all acomodations...

We stayed here for two nights last week and it was easily one of the best places we stayed in during our week on the South Island. We are notoriously late to check-in and loved that we didn't have to worry about making it here by a designated time; our key, instructions, map, and Wifi information was waiting for us...

Cleanliness was lacking, the heat-pump (Air conditioner) looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months (You could see the built up dust from the opposite side of room). The bathroom vent was also disgusting. Drawer fronts on kitchen joinery were loose and almost falling off. Advertising said TVs in unit were 42 inch where as the one in the unit...

The first time I called in your TV was working fine, then you informed us that after 5 mins it froze, So I came and put a new Decoder in and watched for about 5 mins and it was ok, you called back and said it was frozen again, I apologized as it turned out it was a problem with...

After we booked the accomadation, we saw some bad reviews on trip advisor, re slow wifi, getting a disabled room and needs a clean, so we wondered what to expect. On arrival the key safe worked well, the apartment was a disabled one but how this is a problem I have no idea, bigger doors, who cares, a bigger shower...

Expected it to be noisy but double glazing eliminated this. We were given a disabled one bedroom apartment but not sure why. The bed was far too big for the room which made accessing suitcases difficult. The bathroom was dominated by the washing machine for which it was not designed. Two good size sofas in the living room and a...

It never ceases to amaze me that people can be offended by a disabled apartment, i can't understand why and extra wide shower with a seat in it would upset anyone or maybe its that the doors open the out instead of in..... Apologies for the washing machine, it is the only one bedroom apot with a washing machine and...
