An average motel, not bad but not great. The advantages were; the lake facing rooms have a fantastic view out over the lake and golf course, close to the town centre, free parking, clean and tidy. The disadvantages were, it's a bit dated and looks very 90's, the rooms aren't especially well equipped (just a tv, kettle and fridge so...

Great views of the lake. Close to the town centre along the road and close to the walking trail to the Botanical Garden and around to the town centre. Good value breakfast and great customer service. Good basic amenities.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The view from our window was the most amazing hotel view I've ever seen! Mountains and lakes, very stunning! Very friendly staff also and close to the town centre.

Ideal location - on the edge of Lake Wakatipu just a couple of minutes before entering town centre, the views of the lake and mountains provided are absolutely stunning. And by the look of it rare - most of more modern hotels are located higher up, sometimes even blocked from this spectacular scenery. But dated and worn design and interior...

Well this place is kind of average. From my first impressions, it didn't look very appealing but my family went ahead and booked it because it was convenient and far away from the bustling town. It was comfortable and the owners were extremely friendly. There is also free parking but the wifi is limited to only 1GB a day.

I stayed for a single night at the lodge. They were really friendly, let me check in quite early and a little late. Great, clean room with a fantastic view. A short walk from town, keeps you out of the hustle and bustle but very easy to wander in. Really helpful, amazing value, will stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights in October. Property is not the newest in town but has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lynley the owner is great to offer suggestions, have general conversation and makes a great breakfast if you want. Walk to town is about 10 minutes, parking is not easy in town so this is good. Recommend checking...

Thank you for taking the time. Glad to see that the walk into town was not a problem, we do get a few comments that we are to far out of town, as I say can,t suit everybody.Hopefully we will host you again.

Yes this place is dated but we still slept well and found it comfortable and spacious. It was clean too. For Queenstown it is great value so we didnt mind the dated look. Also the views are absolutely perfect, my perfect view anyway.

Thank you glad that you slept well as when you are away from home you do miss your own bed and pillow. The view is pretty stunning.
