We met people and it was a good experience. Nice place and not too fancy! We haven´t been in another place near Queenstown but the prices were good, I´ll definitly come back on the near future. We recommend it!

Expensive and dirty. And please don't say "that's the Queenstown rules". In this campground they only want to earn huge amounts of money and they don't care about the customers. $170/week for 1 pers. in an unbalanced powered campsite. $170 for what ? Dirty, tiny and uncomfortable showers, dirty kitchen with a collapsing fridge, expensive Wifi (how we can always...

Tucked away up the hill at the back of Queenstown, around 10mins walk from town centre. Tracks in park are awful - steep and muddy and park layout is totally unsuitable for campervans. When we arrived for our powered site we were sent to one which didn't have the normal connection and it was almost impossible to turn in the...

Hi Recently stayed and seems is under new management . Really friendly manager/staff . Very clean and tidy and lots of help with deciding and booking our day trips . Hot showers clean toilets all you could want for the price and close to town .

It was $35 a night for a powered site which was the cheapest we could find within walking distance of Queenstown centre. The toilets and the kitchen needed a lot more attention as they were constantly filthy and the bins were overflowing. Worth staying in if you need a cheap site in town but I would go out to eat...

You want to stay only ONE night in Queenstown and you do not want to spend it around the Q Box, then go for it, it is dirty, busy with young annoying kids but it is CHEAP so go for it. For any other stays, please go elsewhere.

A month of campervaning around the south Island and this is the worst campsite I stayed at. The price is attractive as the rest of the campsites for a van is about $50. But the toilets are dirty, the whole site is run down and just yuk. The pitches are uneven. Walking back from town after a night out and...

Broken shower doors and shower heads, kitchen is disgusting, fridges overflowing with out of date food, seats in the living room broken, owner repeatedly asking people if they have paid, Many of the pitches are not even level.

Stayed here 2 nights only because of the price. Here it is 22 dollars for a single at the other one 50. This is the only reason for a 2 star. In the lounge the chairs are broken inside, at the showers, only 1 of 3 is normal. 1 has a brooen door the other has a brooen showerhead. Paper...

It isn't the cleanest, most picturesque place, but for $15pp which includes hot showers, a kitchen (way too small for the amount of people) and a lounge area....it can't be beat. If you are staying in your campervan then you should be able to cook in your van and not need to use the kitchen. They offer a work exchange...
