We had a nice view and the bed was comfy but Unfortunately the small things count, for $350 a night I would expect the rooms to be made up, and for a 2 night stay, more that 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sashes for 2 people that's Pretty slack if you wanted more you had to pay for them??,...

Family of 4 stayed in Jan 17. A well located property (5 mins to town) with great views. Manager was very pleasant on arrival, even to the point of confirming tour arrangements for the following day - thank you! WiFi not working and based on other reviews this seems to have been an issue for @ 1 month. The apartment...

From the onset staying at Breakfree The Point was terrible. We checked in at 5.02pm and the onsite manager could not even come down from upstairs to check us in, he merely looked out the window and spoke. Checking in our room we were surprised to find we had 1 bed even though we had specifically requested two single beds....

First things first, the property is located at an absolutely amazing place. Beautiful views of the lake and of Kelvin Heights! Everyday the lake takes on a different view based on the weather. One of the days it was like a mirror - absolutely still and gorgeous. Coming to the property itself, this is a mixed ownership place - which...

Enjoying a visit to Queenstown and because of the need for extended family to stay. We chose this accomodation. It's spacious in the lounge/kitchen area which opens onto a balcony. 3 bedrooms and plenty of room. Very comfortable and could be described as a home away from home. Ability to park two cars easily underneath the apartment. The view is...

We stayed in a two bed apartment, it was quite compact, but perfectly suitable for three adults. The view was stunning and uninterrupted. Room is quite basic, not serviced during our 3 night stay, but when we asked for anything staff were very accommodating. No condiments left (salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil etc) so be prepared to do a full...

As we had booked a deluxe apartment for Queenstown, we were so disappointed to find out that the place was disgustingly dirty, cheaply accessorized (i.e. see-through toilet paper) and the same, overflowing rubbish bins were the in front of our lake view during the whole, 4 days stay. Previous customer's prescription drugs were still on bedside table when we arrived,...

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment on Dec 29 -30. It was a huge apartment, with a balcony off the family room and off the master bedroom. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, including a great kitchen and a huge dining room table. It had very convenient laundry facilities in the apartment and a parking garage for...
