We stayed at the Dairy for a couple of nights before the Milford Track walk and then on the return. We chose it because of it's rating on Tripadvisor and also because of its proximity to Ultimate Hikes. I was disappointed in it. I was expecting more. The room we had was the same on both stays. It was comfortable...

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Dairy on both ends of our Routeburn trek. Ulani, who served as the host for much of our time at the Dairy, deserves special praise -- she was incredibly helpful with reservations, general tips, and our luggage (which the airline didn't quite get loaded into our trans-Pacific flight). We would...

Cozy hotel, spacious rooms with all comforts. Spotless immaculate. Big and comfortable bed with high quality linen. The manager Ulani is very nice and helpful. Great breakfast! Very close to town center and to the gondola. Air conditioned and tea facilities.

This is a difficult review to write. While wanting to rate it with top marks, I can't due to what I think is poor value. Yes, the friendly service and attention from the staff is exemplary, the room comfortable, the location ideal....but the price seems too high for the overall experience. I would also be remiss not to note that...

A five star boutique for this area. Great location but limited parking. Six star staff who can make reservations at local restaurants a little off the grid but with excellent food. Really enjoyed 3 days here. Easy walk to everywhere downtown.

I booked this hotel based on other reviews. The owners and staff made us feel like guests in their own private home. Champagne upon arrival, homemade cookies in the room, any requests and information was readily available. The location is perfect. The room was so cozy and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of options. I would...

Great location for this private hotel in Queenstown, wonderful hosts. Very comfortable rooms, I have stayed there 2 times during my trip, first room was a bit small, bit the second one just great, although both of them were very stylish. Amazing breakfast, I recommend eggs Benedict, simply fantastic! I also recommend their day spa Glow, It was very helpful...

We had a wonderful stay here for a few days. It's in a great location, just up the hill from central Queenstown - far enough to be very quiet, but still just a short walk away. Rooms very nicely furnished, great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The hot tub is great too. The only minor downside was that...

This hotel is simply great, the staff and owners are very helpful and well organised. Their recommendations and booking for restaurants were great and top notch. We learned a lesson on the first night as we just ate at the first restraint we found and it was over priced and mediocre. We then followed the advice of Ulani the assistant...
