Cannot speak highly enough about Queenstown House. Wonderful hostess Louise made us feel so welcome. Room was gorgeous, so comfortable and clean with great attention to detail. Breakfast was indeed a feast, absolutely fabulous. Each evening Louise puts on a 'Happy Hour' where guests have an opportunity to get together to discuss their plans for their holiday and get advice...

Just stayed 2 nights at this wonderful little B'n'b, room had a awesome view and the bed was super comfortable! Breakfast hit the spot with what my partner called "the best Eggs Benedict she has ever had" but what really gives this place it's perfect charm are the hosts, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Can't praise them enough. Come as...

I was greeted with an exceptionally warm welcome the moment I walked through the doors of Queenstown House - followed through with genuine and gracious hospitality. Staying there was a fabulous experience - two nights was just not enough! I enjoyed every second of its superb location in the dress circle of Queenstown. I luxuriated in top quality linen on...

Crazy good view over lake from an excellent room. Host was friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. Breakfast was also excellent and we were even offered canapés with an early evening glass of wine. We used the laundry facilities which were also of a high quality. We hope to return to this one.

This is an amazing place to stay. Lovely boutique accommodations. Louise and her entire staff go the extra mile. It was our honeymoon and they left us champagne and upgraded us. The happy hour is wonderful and the breakfast is out of this world! We loved every minute of our stay!

We had a very pleasant two night stay here in March. We had a lovely room with a splendid view of the lake. It was nice that fruit and biscuits were provided, along with the tea/coffee. We only had one breakfast (smoked salmon and eggs Benedict - superb!) as we had to leave early the next day. However, a splendid...

If we could have given 4.5 stars we would have, primarily because of the parking (lack of in our case) and the price. It's a very expensive property. But the views are terrific as are the breakfasts. You can watch the hang-gliders and parasailors glide down from the top of a mountain while looking out across the city and lake....

Queenstown located in the spectaculor Southern Alps of NZ does mean hills to climb to enjoy the stunning vistas. Carparking everywhere in the world is challenging and pricey from my experience. We have parking for 12 cars which is usually enough for our 14 rooms, we offer this complimentary, we also encourage guests not to have a rental car while...
