Detailed Reviews
I was under the impression this was far more than it was. It had no front desk nobody around. and did I say, expensive for what is was not.
It is a house in the middle of the suburb but it is close to the airport. It was comparatively expensive with very few conveniences in the room considering that it was expensive at $200. I stayed in downtown Queenstown for $140 but booked here because of the perceiver convenience but I should have paid the very convenient $10 bus fare and stayed in town. prior to arriving I was out of town without coverage and sat waiting at the door until I could get a return email and a code for my room's door. Thank goodness I had my own internet. The room had no heating or cooling, a TV but little else, not even conditioner for $200/night. There was a kitchen upstairs but... I didn't use it. There was a supermarket close but little else. Don't bother - stay elsewhere.

You seem to only be able to book this property via Booking.com. It appears from the description to be apartment, but on closer reading it’s essentially a hostel. I paid $125 for a private room, which included a single and double bed and bathroom only. No other amenities - not even a kettle. Apparently there was a shared kitchen, but I did not use it. It was the cheapest option near the airport as a solo traveller and I had a late flight in and was leaving early the next day. Would definitely not stay here more than one night and absolutely not as holiday accommodation. Lacked power points. Not overly clean. Acceptable in the situation (barely).

Definitely not perfect accommodation and badly advertised. Not serviced, not clean and no facilities. Left over food left in sink, which we had to clean before using the kitchen, floors not clean or vacuumed. Stove and kitchen in pictures but does not work. Beds and rooms okay but definitely not what we expected and will not stay again. Ran out of basics like toilet paper and owner not contactable when we needed assistance.

+1
Remarkables Queenstown is a rebuilt villa in Frankton 8 kilometres outside Queenstown, within walking distance to the airport, about 800 meters (10 min walk).
Bus number 1 can get you to the city centre in 35 minutes. Bus stop for local buses is close. Beware of the price though, it is 6 € per person per ride unless you have a prepaid card. Therefore, if you are more than one - it is probably cheaper with an Uber.
This is an unmanned hotel. You pay online and get a code to your room and to the Wi-Fi. Hotel room was newly renovated, super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was in need of a fresh up. Overall an excellent stay. My guess is that all the bad reviews for this place is because the refurbish was not finished.
This is an airport hotel and the opening hours for the kitchen is 7.30 am to 9.30 pm. This is probably not to disturb sleeping guests, but it is still likely that you are in need of the kitchen outside those hours.
There is a surcharge for credit card and electronic payment, and there is no other option.

Booked a double room for 2 nights, enjoyed my stay. Room comes with netflix and heater (great for cold days). Close to town complex, easy to get almost everything I need. Would definitely consider to stay again.

The place is a work in process.
No Signage. Looks like a private residence from the outside. I had to enter the building no front desk. Found our room upstairs the code emailed worked.
The room was large, the bed was comfortable. Thats where it stopped.
The toilet was still being plastered. The toilet hand basin was not connected.
The lights in the bathroom had only 1 of 3 lights working. ( No front desk to get it fixed)
The bed had only a bottom sheet ( sleeping in contact with the last guests)
The communal kitchen/lounge had no crockery/cutlery. We found an overflowing dish washer that should have been run. ( no real housekeeping)
This was obviously a work in progress and we should have been warned or given a reduction in price. At 195.00 i feel completely ripped off.
Just saying

I tried to book this property on Booking.com .Booking. com took credit card details but then that was not the actual payment . Next I received a bill through PayPal with an added unexpected surcharge. Admittedly it wasn't much but it was not clear in the booking process that this was going to happen and it was not the price on the confirmation. When I complained through email/text communication the owner (?) said there would be nobody at the property to take money on the day ie no reception. They said it was a "self serve" (????) accommodation. Whatever that is. I said I wanted to pay cash on the day but they refused and said if I didn't want to pay the surcharge I would have to cancel my booking. So I did. They didn't charge me to cancel. I would definitely be wary about this place. Look at the other reviews. Probably fine if you want zero service or communication on site ANd if everything is fine BUT this is definitely not cheap enough to have NO service.

Despite arriving after 2pm I had no idea of what room I was in. People not knowing their room number seems to be an ongoing issue, as indicated by reviews on other pages, and an issue that the owner appears unwilling to take responsibility for, judging by his responses. The shower flooded, another issue identified by others which also is not sorted. Don't stay here unless you are prepared for mediocrity.
