This place sure is a great b and b. The hostess Pat is so accomodating and nothing is too much trouble- we even stayed an extra night it was so good. The bed was so soft and Pat cooked the most delicious breakfast for us the next day. Pat even helped us to get to the wedding venue we were...

Pat and Neville are lovely hosts, who do everything at hand to make you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and warm, and the breakfast is AMAZING!!! If you go to Invercargill, stay here to get a better idea of the charm of living in a small town. And if you stay here, definitely take the time to watch...
