This lodge was just perfect for our stay in Invercargill. The rhino room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Trish is an absolute delight and went out of her way to make us comfortable and feel welcome. She genuinely wants to look after her guests and we thoroughly enjoyed our chats with her. Also loved the spa at the end...

Trish and Ray were perfect hosts, friendly and attentive with a wealth of local knowledge. The Safari Lodge has been beautifully restored with the perfect balance of interesting items from Africa and beautiful Victorian features. The breakfast was delicious as well. The Safari Lodge is a perfect B&B, and the reason why we prefer them over a hotel.

We had a lovely stay - our hosts were great company and the spa pool was an extra that we both loved. The rooms are a good size and the property is both clean and full of character. Breakfast was very well prepared and the portion sizes just right. Recommended 100%.

This is a lovely home within walking distance of Queens Park and a 5 min car ride to Invercargill. Trish and Ray gave us many options regarding dinner restaurants and we found both ( Cabbage Tree and Waxy O'Shea) were great. The guest lounge is very comfortable, which as we stayed in the Leopard room, was good as the room...

This old victorian mansion has been restored and configured into a great B&B. The architecture and details are beautiful and professionally done. The hosts were friendly and engaging without being intrusive. An overall great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in the elephant room (see photo) with 4 poster bed, fantastic. Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt and coffee or tea as you like it! Me? cappucino! Also a cooked breakfast, whatever you wanted! Very friendly owners, Trish and Ray. We will remember our stay here for many years to come!
