Ok but not overly inviting ,small dis- jointed bathroom , you wouldn't want to be a larger body size given the size of shower cubicle, toilet . May depend on room ! Unusual smell , like a stale smell of smoke .served its propose of somewhere to sleep.

Very friendly and helpful staff Room was clean but 2 stars at best as it was all very old faded and tacky.. Sorry guys - you need to do better with quality of fittings and basic things like a shower head that works. Handy to beach though.

Dunedin (and much of the South Island) was experiencing southerly gales and rain, but the motel unit was warm and dry, plenty of bedding and a good heater. A convenient and economical place to stay in St Kilda, with all the facilities you need.

Not too pricey, quiet, comfortable stay. Guest laundry was a plus. We had everything we need, were able to make our own meals in the kitchette, and electric blankets were welcomed. Service was fantastic. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do over the 2 nights we stayed here.

Stayed 1 night while travelling across the country. We stayed in 1 room cabin gor 4 pax. The place is clean and comfortable with heated beds (such a great feeling for us!), fully equipped kitchenette and fresh towels. The location is near to the beach and near to town but its so quiet and we had a really good night...

Even though this accommodation was older, for the price it suited us. Other units were very pricey and this was within our budget. We had a double room unit at the front. It was very clean, tidy and warm. Our party of four was very comfortable. On a quiet street and the owner very helpful. Free wifi.

Good parking space and guest laundry...not to far away from the restaurant "Brew" that is a most for your evening meal. ( very popular with locals, booking your table in advance is recommended, as this place is small). The apartment itself is good size and has everything you need...also if you want to cook your own food. Always nice to...

Older units but very clean and tidy. Off street away from street noise and street lights. Bed was the snugliest bed I have ever found in a motel. A great nights sleep. Staff were just great. I will return.

Stayed here two nights and are very satisfied. The manager recommended the Settlers Museum to us and that is by far the place we like best in Dunedin! Very helpful if you have questions too. Surprised to find a rice cooker in the kitchen, and we made good use of it. Lots of sockets to charge electronic appliances. The shower...

Very generous 2 bedroom unit for a great price. Dated decor but immaculately clean and in a quiet location by St Kilda beach. Easy to find and a friendly welcome. Be great for a family that needs a bit of room to move. Would stay here again and recommend to others. 😊
