We arrived at Arden st House to a quirky female dummy tied to a pole by chain ...upon entering the house it was filled with cat stuff like grandmas house ...we meet the hosts and were passed on to another man .All were very nice. There seem to be some confusion to my booking ..first he was about to show...

Very nice place with loads of different eclectic collections. Everyone is friendly...even the cats. Clean, well organised. Super soft beds. Breakfast is included which was cereals, toast and yummy fresh fruit salad. Very quiet location away from busy city centre. Close to steepest street and supermarket.

I found this establishment to be run by a very dedicated couple providing most of the comforts of home @ a very reasonable price. Welcoming & comfortable, homely & clean, eclectic in display of personal pieces on the walls & furniture. All bedrooms are light & cosy and the baking, the baking, home cooked cake & cookies waft through the...

My daughter and I stayed in the double room with shower for a few nights since our friends live nearby. The owners are very warm and welcoming. I loved the quiet nights in this comfortable room. My daughter fell in love with the cats. It felt although we only stayed a few nights like home. Thank you Joyce!

I loved my stay at the Arden Street House. The owners of this B&B are so warm, welcoming and helpful! They were kind enough during my stay to show me around town and invite me to several events they were attending in the community. They are extremely friendly and sociable and make you feel very included during your stay! Every...

Booked the accommodation for a month with two other friends of mine. Affordable and a very comfortable stay. The owners and helpers were incredibly helpful and sociable. Dinners at the house were particularly delicious and definitely provided a very kiwi experience. 15-20mins walk into town through the very beautiful botanical gardens. I recommend this B&B highly to anyone. Many Thanks...

Free wifi and breakfast. Lovely accomodating hosts that knew the area well. It is a well suited location. Heating was sufficient and the place also has air conditioning. Easy to find and book. I would stay here again.

We stayed there for two nights in December. We had the double room with own bathroom. The sleeping room was okay sizewise and the bed was good. The bathroom is really tiny and needs definitly some update. We stayed in several other B&Bs in NZ and this one was the worst "value-for-money" wise. Not sure but during our stay the...

Stayed here for 1 night. Owners were extremely friendly on our arrival. Home away from home feeling. Beds very comfy. Only negative was the shower. Not much water pressure or hot water. Close enough t town if u have a car and some great spots to see around Dunedin.
