I stayed for a week in the downstairs unit facing the street. I was worried about road noise but it was fine although I think the road noise from Fitzgerald Ave was louder although no worse than any other motel near a main road. Otherwise the motel was well appointed and had eveything I needed including a bath. Unit well insulated and nice and cool on very hot days and nights. Good air flow from door and deck sliding door when I needed it. No instructions for heat pump (tricky to operate) and while I could have asked I found the instructions online. A big bonus was having my car under cover. Towels etc changed every day and bed tidied. Electrical plugs in all the right places for charging etc. A relatively easy 15 minute walk to town centre and bus hub. I will definitely be back although I can't speak for the other rooms.…

I stayed mid-week at C-Motel and really liked the motel apartment. It was spacious and clean. Reasonably close to the CBD (about 10-15 minute walk). Has a Liquorland within a couple of minutes walk. Some great restaurants and cafes within 10-15 minutes walk. Raymond who owns the place is very helpful and friendly. Free parking.

We stayed one night here, and were impressed with the place. The room was quiet and warm, and very well appointed. The kitchen equipment selection was impressive, definitely enough kit to cook with! Parking was great, staff I interacted with were great. This is a fantastic option, especially if you're ok with a 15 minute walk to the CBD. Would definitely stay here again.

Raymond and the staff made our family feel really comfortable. The facilities are clean, modern, and efficient, with everything functioning perfectly. Having plenty of places to plug electronics in and a strong wifi signal really lifted our moods after our nearby home flooded (hence the reason for a lengthy stay). The studio sufficiently accommodated two adults and a preschooler. If my house floods again, I'd be happy to book another stay, and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great price, central location, and easy access to nearby amenities.

I have stayed at this motel for 3 yrs in a row now and they have never disappointed. Always super clean and friendly staff and close to amenities. I left some clothes in the wardrobe a few days ago and they are already in the post so exceptional service and they acted like it was no trouble at all to post. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone who wants great service, free car park, free wi fi, very reasonable rates and very clean room.

We had a 5 night stay in this motel whilst visiting Christchurch. The motel is an easy 10/15 minute to the centre. The rooms are very clean and serviced everyday which included changing the towels. The rooms are spacious, bed comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Lots of parking on site. On other reviews it mentions the noise from the pub next door but we didn’t hear anything. I would stay here again if in the Christchurch area. The owner could be slightly more welcoming but this is only a minor point.
