This is a bit of a time capsule- the decor, bedding, carpet etc could be updated with some extra touches to make it much nicer. Fly/security screens and ac would be good. It is functional and pretty quiet. Being close to the Uni it has...More

LisaM, Search back and find my review of the motel from Jan16. You'll see that I too arrived on a JetStar flight at around the same time and did not get to the motel until 01.00. I'll be doing the same this coming week - another flight to ChCh - and the motel has arrangements for you to collect the key when you arrive. They also left the lights on in our room - so we could see where we were going. Some good plus points for management. It is, of course, essential that you make this kind of arrangement - by informing them of what you are doing, time of arrival and more. Enjoy your time in Godzone then. All good things.
