I was at the hospital for 4 weeks and this place was 10 minute walk away. Did get noisy from Thursday night until Sunday but I was on the top floor so it wasn't that bad, what was bad was the rowdy groups who did stay there at the weekends and seemed to delight in running along the corridor screaming...

We stayed at the Livingspace's studio for a total of 3 days at a fantastic offer of about $78 per night. Probably winter deals? The room was small but compactly filled with a semi-kitchen set up ( kettle/ microwave/ dishes-cups/ cutlery... even dish washing detergent was provided), double bed, working desk + 1 chair, attached toilet + shower, heater and...

The Good: compact modern rooms, nice to have own kitchenette and washroom and TV The Bad: staff a bit daft and condescending (helpful combo), 50% of rooms are over loud pubs/street, internet extra, shuttle is not included either...(as was advertised) The Ugly: advertised at 2 different prices one at the airport, the other online (I was charged the higher price),...

A strange residence in downtown C.C. The huge ceilings of a warehouse with lots of cool colorful paintings all over. Single was small but not too small. Two blocks from the cathedral, it is super close to downtown stuff, very clean and safe with several layers of key entries after dark. Heads up on several things though: the price is nice,...

Four of us stayed for 4 nights, we were supposed to stay 6 but checked out. This place is far too noisy. We were given ear plugsffor our last night, but this didn't help. Would never stay again. Also if you had a vehicle the Car Park issues were a nuisance.

We stayed at LivingSpace for our first night out of our 2 weeks in NZ. Some tips for those planning to stay there. Stairs: There's a flight of stairs up to the reception. So, do take note if you have heavy luggage. We took a 2 bedroom apartment and it was 2 storey as well. So it meant that we...

Kitchen suite/small bathroom. No air con so would be uncomfortable during summer heat. Well placed for sightseeing. Would only suit 2 "close" partners as bed is against wall - not suitable for larger couples!!! In need of a dust when we arrived, but good value for suite accommodation
