We only had one night but it was excellent. Our room #2 was nicely proportioned with a comfortable bed, bathroom with a heated floor and the breakfast was terrific. There was fruit and various drinks available in the large kitchen area and a lounge room...More

We spent 3 days at this delightful hotel.The building is quite charming on a pretty street in Christchurch.Peter,the owner, prepared breakfast and recommended good restaurants. He serenaded is with piano playing as we were ready to depart.

Our NZ consultant selected the Classic Villa as the place to stay in Christchurch. she was right. All good...so close to everything from the beautiful Botanic Garden,to interesting places to eat,galleries,museum,,tram stop etc Excellent B&B with plenty of healthy breakfast choices and just the best...More

Short answer - no! When we were there we had no fridge in our room. However there was a (large) fridge which everyone could use which had soft drinks which we could help ourselves to during the day at no charge, and there... More
