Reviewed 15 November 2014 We love the location along with the breakfasts. Our room overlooked the main Square and church so we were thrilled. The staff had to amend my booking and they did so efficiently and full of smiles. Would def go back.
Reviewed 13 June 2011 Good hotel and friendly staff. Furnishings in rooms could be more modernised but room facilities were good nonetheless. Breakfast/bar meals were also good value.
Reviewed 28 April 2011 The location is the best. The standard rooms were nice, a little small in size though. The bathrooms were big & spacious. The hotel is located right opposite the Church & everything touristy is Christchurch is next to the church.

Reviewed 15 March 2011 We stayed the night of February 21st and were fortunate to have left Christchurch 3 hours before before the February 22nd earthquake struck.
I really hope this hotel reopens and the owners and staff are all OK. The hotel is still standing after the quake....More
