Great rooms, comfortable, and they are well fitted out. The room is very clean and well serviced. Great friendly team. Good location and plenty of car parking. Netflix is available at no charge,as is wifi.

Very clean comfortable place to stay. Owner is delightful and very helpful. It’s a convenient location and on several bus routes so easy to get around. Shower was great and it was good to have fresh coffee available in the room. Cafe is just around the corner for a delicious breakfast.

This one night stay were a wonderful experience and friendly staff. Given the circumstances I could have not stayed, yet I fully enjoyed staying at the Cranford Oak motel. With modern amenities and a tidy bedsit apartment.

We choose and booked our room online and received an email confirming our reservation. When we arrived we paid for and were shown to our room and the woman left. Looking around I realised it was not the room we booked but a downgraded room. I went to the office to be told they had given our room to someone who wanted it longer than we did. She actually told me that we had booked it for three days, the other person for two weeks. I was not happy but because it was late we stayed. The next day she gave us $5 cash, being the difference between the room we booked and the downgraded room. We will never stay there again.

Stayed at this motel with the family while visiting my son who was working in NZ. This motel seems to be good value for the budget conscious & is only a short drive to city centre or by public transport. Everything is normal motel type accomodation. Well equipped super clean rooms, crockery/cutlery, fridge & microwave, good heater & modern bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows & warm bedding & housekeeping was first class. Also for entertainment there is a choice of streaming services provided. There is an pub a few doors away that serves excellent meals at reasonable prices also a great bakery just down the road. This place ticks all my boxes. Will I stay here again? For sure.

We stayed here for 1 night and found it suit our needs, the bed was comfortable they had free wifi as well as Netflix which a lot of people like to watch. There were sufficient parking spaces based on one car per unit and very little road noise only negative point for us was it was hard to get in and out of the shower cubicle as the door swung the wrong way

Only Stayed one night but would recommend this place .easy check in. The owner...she was so helpful and friendly .that was what impressed me.The unit was clean and fresh.The motel suited us as it was about 50 metres from the family we were visiting.You need a car to travel the short distance to food outlets.but that was no problem .Would stay here again
