We stayed in the cottage and felt at home the minute we stepped in. Marcus and Michelle were great hosts, and left us with their fresh eggs, homemade marmalade and jellies, juice, milk, and wonderful bread for breakfast. Oranges and lemons were ours to pick, and we had rosemary bushes right outside the front door. Perfect for a lemon Rosemary...

We only spent one night here, in the Old Dairy. We would have liked a longer stay. The property is beautiful, the hosts are friendly, and it's fun to feed the sheep (and ourselves) oranges from the trees. Breakfast supplies included wonderful eggs from their hens. I can't imagine a better place to stay in the area. We will be...

I am happy to be saying thank you for such a wonderful stay but embarassed to be putting it on so late. After our trip to NZ at end of 2015 I had so many reviews to put on it was too daunting and I left it far too long. From the moment we arrived at St Leonards vineyard cottages...

Marcus and Michele are wonderful hosts welcoming you and explaining not only the property but the surrounding area, where to go and what to do. We stayed at the Shearing shed which was a delight. Loved the outlook across the vines. It was quiet we never heard another guest the entire time we stayed. The breakfast provided was really good,...

In all my travels, it is very rare that you connect with the hosts within minutes and continue to enjoy their company to the end. Michele & Markus' gesture of walking to the car to greet guests brought back great memories of visiting the family farm. If you love old fashioned, warm hospitality, a farm feel and want to rest...

We loved our stay at St Leonard's Vineyard Cottages. The setting is beautiful - with lovely gardens, complete with orange trees, and fabulous rooms. We stayed in The Stables which was perfect. It has been decorated wonderfully and has everything you need. The hosts Marcus and Michele are fantastic. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off...

We stayed at St Leonards for 3 nights in October 2015. It is a very pleasant setting. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and interactive. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast that was provided each day. There was plenty of it and the owners were very generous with providing us with additional free range...

We had a lovely and memorable four nights in The Stables at St Leonards Vineyard Cottages. Marcus and Michele were wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make our stay special. The cottage was cosy and had a great outlook over the lemon orchards, vineyard and mountain range (as well as some friendly sheep). The pot belly stove...

A group of ten of us descended upon St Leonard's after we had just completed the 4 day Queen Charlotte Track Walk. As we drove in we realised that our group leader Robyn had go it soooo right. Grass tennis court, walnuts dropping from the trees, warm and welcoming accommodation amongst the wineyards was picture perfect. Michelle and Marcus are...

Marcus and Michele have created a beautiful and comfortable accommodation option in the heart of Marlborough country at St Leonards Vineyards Cottages, and are excellent hosts. The Cottage was a delightful place for a couple to stay. Well-appointed and comfortable with a generous breakfast basket included. Marcus and Michele were also kind enough to pick us up from the airport,...
