Good serviced Apartment hotel that provides a reasonable cost/value ratio. The place will not be standing out with splendid amenities. It is however clean and all things work reliably. Wifi coverage depends on the room you are in (and seems a bit clumsy with their scratch card. I am sure there are more modern solutions that are more user friendly.)...

This hotel is placed in a handy spot, just away from the busier streets of Wellington, but walking distance to everything. Rooms are spacious, have a nice bathroom and small kitchen / washing machine. They are not serviced on a daily basis which I imagine keeps the price down a bit. Staff were friendly. Overall fairly quiet - they have...

We are glad you enjoyed your stay, we do keep the price down by having just a weekly service but have the options of daily service, bed and bath or full services available at an additional cost. Security patrol the property and are also on call for any noisy neighbours so our guests have a good night sleep.

I stay here quite regularly when in Wellington. Its always consistently good standard central city accommodation. The staff are friendly. The hotel is handy to just about everything in central Wellington.

Handily placed for shopping in Willis St. and Cuba Mall areas, nicely appointed rooms in pleasing colours, car parking across the road and very reasonable room rates make this apartment hotel our no. 1 choice in Wellington. Also across the street is an interesting collection of asian food outlets with eating places in a central courtyard ..

Stayed here recently and was very impressed with the nice modern one bedroom apartments. Having cooking facilities, a couch, a table and a good size TV was a bonus compared to a hotel room. Easy walk from here to Te Papa and the TSB Arena. Price was reasonable too.

Booked Astelia Apartments for two nights as I was going to the Wearable Arts Show in Wellington and this accommodation was central to what my husband and I planned to do during our visit. While the room was adequate for our needs the cost of the room was just about twice as much as it is usually advertised for I...

PROS: Location was excellent and within walking distance to Lambton Quay, Cuba Street and Courtney Place. Room was small but adequate, Facilities were fine. Bathroom was very small, could only fit 1 person at a time but otherwise ok. Reception staff very helpful. Wilson Car Parking is directly across the road from Hotel but is expensive! CONS: OK for 2...

Thank you for your review, it is a fantastic downtown location. If its two people staying a few nights we do recommend the one bedroom apartments instead of the studios, as they are a bit more spacious and have better views. Glad we were able to remove the smell and sorry to hear it was there for two days prior...

I chose Astelia for the location, price and being able to have a kitchenette in my room (I was staying for a training course, and like a good filling breakfast when I'm training). The location is great in the central city, just up the road from a supermarket and near lots of cafes/bars/restaurants. My room faced the street (despite requesting...

The apartments are very convenient with the kitchenette and laundry facilities as a home away from home. Maintenance have looked at the washer/ dryer and plunged the shower so it drains more effectively - any items like this mentioned at the time we are happy to take a look at. We are sorry to hear we were unable to allocate...

I recently stayed for a week at Astelia Apartment Hotel. My self-contained room was very clean and it was quiet as it was at the back of the building with an aspect onto Dixon St Apartments. The Apartments are conveniently located to Lampton Queue, Cuba Mall, and Cortney Place for shopping. It is also only a short walk to the...

Great location, pretty good facilities - motel in an high rise building. Everything you need even for a short stay, especially if you're out and about. But sufficient kitchen for light meals. Close to everything.
