This hotel fits the bill if the price is right. Overall the room was clean and had enough for a one night stay. Stayed on the 13th floor. Room was long and narrow with a kitchenette. The bathroom is tiny and the shower small but good water pressure and hot. Bed supportive if a little firm for me. Pillows similar...

Normally I write fairly positive reviews and am fairly easy-going, but I will not be staying here again. I stayed one night on a business trip and had the one experience you never, ever want at a hotel - I walked into a room already occupied by another person. My key worked, the latch turned, but thankfully the person in...

What a lovely home away from home experience. Only half a block from the bus stop, restaurants, bars, Queens Whalf, and nextdoor to David Jones. Top duty staff. Carpark over the street. So handy to train stn too.

Stayed for two weeks in a 2 bedroom apartment with my husband and toddler. Whilst the location is convenient and close to everything great Wellington has to offer, our room had a lot of things in need of attention. It seemed as though the bare minimum was being done to keep the hotel functioning. Why I would not recommend staying...

We booked a room, via Expedia, with the very clear "booking can be cancelled at no cost" on the site. When we got the booking confirmation it said we could only cancel some of the nights not all of them, so cost to cancel was in fact almost $700. They refused to honour what was on the Expedia site so we...

The fact that this hotel is rated with 4 stars is completely laughable. We stayed at the Quest in Rotorua and it was way nicer and the customer service was stellar. Quests are definitely not created equal. We made special requests for allergies and asthma and my gf ended up having an attack and we had to search for other...

Stayed here for a week. The room was fine and while bland, was well equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/drier. The location is excellent; really central to everything in Wellington. The staff were super friendly and helpful. So why only three out of five? We were in the 15th floor, and in the winds that Wellington is...

We stayed here for one night. Very good central location. Close to all restaurants, cable car, important places of cbd. Apt was compact but functional but with only 2 tiny windows. Had basic kitchen appliances as well as washer/dryer. Surely value for money. Can stay again.

These apartments are located within an easy walk to, the central shopping area, dockland eateries, and the local Wellington attractions. We had a late checkin (after midnight) and this was accommodated without any trouble. The facilities were adequate for our needs although quite compact.

Our original accommodation double booked us and then moved us into a local hotel that we walked in and walked straight back out in disgust! I called Quest, spoke to the very pleasant Aroha on reception, who booked us into two studio rooms. Upon arrival, she greeted us with a smile, processed us quickly and recommended parking options, as all...
