I stayed here for a couple of days after a trip to Wellington for work and wanted a good apartment to just relax in. In short, I was not disappointed. I stayed at the Mulgrave building in the Executive apartment (13). About an hour after my arrival, I had noticed that the WiFi passcode that I was provided had refused...

We found this place to be a home away from home. It is very nice. Has everything you need to be able to stay and be comfortable. Check in was very simple and stress free. We used the lockbox outside to get our key and instructions. That was great . We were able to check in anytime of the night....

Fantastic helpful managers. Unexpectedly had to stay overnight in Wellington. Was pleasantly surprised by the comfort, great location, modern facilities and value for money. Plenty to do in the area and easy walk into central city. Had a tidy room on the first floor. Wasn't noisy. Free wifi. Had everything I needed. No negatives.

First off I have to say the location is fantastic but it's a shame the apartments are poorly run. Our one bedroom apartment was tired, the curtains did not close properly and wind seemed to whistle through the range hood, making the lounge noisy. The office keeps short hours, it closes at 4.00 pm which is very odd, and is...

My family of 3 adults stayed recently at this serviced apartment for 10 days. We had a 2 Br apartment plus car space and this location was ideal from a number of perspectives. Firstly, walking distance to places if interest. Secondly, apartment had all the facilities for home cooking. Thirdly, walking distance to gym, supermarket (New World), banks, cafes. Owner/manager...

Apartment style rooms, room was a bit tired but had a good level of equipment , washer /dryer dishwasher, three heaters, even a drying rack. The bathroom was very small but quite usable. Good kitchen and very good bed. Bedroom was a good size would recommend for longer stays.

Very handy to where I needed to do business and has all the amenities rehired for a self service stay. However, cleanliness was less than perfect; there was a huge clump of long black hair stuck to the shower wall and crumbs on the stove top from the previous inhabitant. I washed all the kitchen utensils before using them for...

Stayed here one night after departing from the Wellington ferry terminal. The building was average looking and was not inviting to my family of 5. It was a little difficult to find the correct block as reception was not open due to holiday season, however they left good directions. The entrance to the room looked run down and very unappealing....

Thank you for your feedback. The doors on 2 of our apartments are very weathered from years of bad Wellington weather due to them being on the outside of the building. We will be replacing them this year with doors that will be able to handle the weather conditions of Wellington.
