The only positive is the location. Everything else about this place is ordinary at best. I was booked for 3 nights, and left halfway through my stay. Main reason was that I returned to my room at the end of my first day and the door was WIDE OPEN. No sign of housekeeping, and no explanation from the mostly unoccupied...

Dear Clayton, We would like to thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I am extremely disappointed to hear about the incident regarding your apartment door being left open. I have spoken with the Housekeeping Team, and they have assured me that our protocol of apartment doors only being opened when there are housekeepers on the floors...

This is a lovely old building converted to apartments. The room we had was roomy and well equipped with kitchen and washing machine. Bed was comfortable, service was good and the room clean. The room did not have air conditioning which may not be an issue but to get ventilation we opened the windows and the rooms are very noisy...

Good location, suits families. We stayed with 3 kids under 10 years and the 2 bed apartment was perfect for our needs. Interior looks a bit worn but otherwise room has everything needed for either a short or long stay (including washing machine and dryer). Parking is not included. There is a 5 min loading zone right out front but...

If you need a lot of room and don't mind missing the finer things from a hotel, this place will work fine for you. It looks like the original carpet and furnishings are still there. There is an old odor to it. However, the bedding and towels are clean. I wouldn't recommend staying for very long.

Quest in Hunter Street is located in a perfect spot, close to waterfront, shopping and a few minutes to Courtney place. I love the staff, they are always wonderful and nothing is a problem. The hotel is fully self contained which is such a bonus - love being able to do my washing and eat in if I feel like...

Awesome location for shopping, eating and access to central Wellington. Standard rooms and facilities but staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, good value for money though. Would suit families, small groups or couples well. Be aware that apartments don't get serviced on Sunday's though which is apai if you arrive on Saturday.

Where to start?! Reception hours are ridiculous - if you arrive after 8pm there is noone there. You are left with nothign but an envelope with your key in it, your parking ticket and some brief instructions. Also on a Saturday noone mans the desk until 8am which is really useful if you need to check out before this time...

The apartment was Ok for a base, but the room was dark, and cramped, little more than a bedroom with a small dining table, and 2 chairs wedged in by the wardrobe, and a couple of armchairs in the other gaps. The Bathroom was impressive however, with a large walk in shower and a washing machine and dryer. I had...
