I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a special occasion for me relating to a pre-wedding function I was holding. The hotel staff were excellent and paid attention to some much appreciated 'little' details like placing complimentary bubbles in my room and acknowledging my day by knowing who I was at check in and check out. The room was...

This could be truly great but it needs quite a bit more work. It has only recently been purchased by QT and remodelling is going on. Our room has not yet been refurbished - would be interesting to see the final product. The original rooms definitely look dated and in urgent need of a refresh - the structure is all...

My first time staying here. It's been a great experience as the staff are so friendly and helpful. I like the whole art theme while the room and bathroom were spacious and above all comfortable and stylish - ideal for relaxing. I will be back, that is for sure.

Stayed in an apartment on fourth floor. Exceptionally well appointed and laid out space. Kitchen area, sitting area, bathroom and bedroom. All kitchen facilities provided. Very good lighting. Bed comfortable. Only stayed one night but it was just ideal. Buffet breakfast included. Typical buffet breakfast of high quality. However, the offering of English Breakfast tea was simply appalling! It was...

We have stayed here year in year out and this time the stay was disappointing and will be our last ! The location of the room was dreadful for a 3 night stay right next to the noisy restaurant. Good size, comfortable room on 6th floor with all amenities including kitchenette with dishwasher. Decor was dark, not our taste but suited the Art Deco setting of the hotel. Having requested a view would have preferred it if they had suggested an upgrade to harbourside as view from back of hotel wasn't good overlooking street. Great position for visiting the...
