In Australia we have laws that protect consumers from false representations like this. It is not Grand and not an Apartment, just two rooms with a tiny cupboard over a fridge big enough for a microwave and a jug. There is no sink so they must wash coffee cups etc in the bathroom beside the toilet. There is no airconditioning,...

Booked a room well in advance for an anniversary trip to the Edinburgh military tattoo as a weekend getaway. Do not be fooled, this is not a 4 star. At a suite priced at $420 per night I would think it reasonable to expect parking (no) free WiFi (no) air con in the room (no). Also on the booking form...

We arrived and asked if where we had parked to unload was ok and were told by 2 members at reception that we were just fine. Ended up with a $40 parking ticket that they said 'oh it used to be ok there but not anymore'. Once in our room, we tried several times to call down to reception for...

Reading the reviews they are very mixed for this hotel. I found this hotel very good. The room was well designed making a small space seem bigger - clever interior spacial design. The room was on the 11th floor on a corner. Clean, comfortable and well located. Was able to open windows for fresh air. Yes a little noisy but...

The hotel is in a great, central location. However, the room so so tiny, we didn't have space to put two relatively average suitcases (one of them wound up on the table, the other remained closed for lack of room). The room is clean, but nothing special in terms of decor or style. There was a tiny balcony, which it...

This was sadly one of the few choices left in Wellington when I booked. The place is in a good spot, handy to everything but BEWARE. It has NO parking and they sell you a 24 hour pass to a Wilson car park that has been designed by someone smoking something. Five minutes drive away but around 10 minutes to...

Handy for the city centre and room and shower very good. However, this hotel does not offer free wifi which is almost accepted as being the norm nowadays. There is no parking on site, only at it's sister hotel around the corner and at a fee of $25. Most of the spaces are extremely tight making it difficult to get...

The hotel is very centrally located. The room was clean and comfortable. I booked into a one bedroom apt with harbour views and i was not happy with the room they gave me to start with but when i spoke to the staff there, they quickly gave me 3 other options.
