We stayed here at the beginning and end of our driving trip around the lower part of the North Island - 2 nights on each occassion. Even had the same room on the 11th floor both times. The Hotel is centrally located to most things in Wellington. An easy walk to Te Papa Museum and the waterfront, Cuba Street and...

The room was modern, with a fresh feel and clean. It's central location to a wide range of eatery's and the theatre's, was perfect. We flew in and out, so easy access to the airport bus route was important, and that was literally 2 mins walk just around the corner. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and...

Average hotel with good reception but offers basic services Close to all restaurants and shops - good decent value for money in the heart of Wellington Will recommend the suites with the Kitchens as it allows for meal preparations A quick note that that pictures on the net differ from actual room , not a true representation ...as Hotel shows...

This hotel is centrally-located and within walking distance of so many of Wellington's popular areas: Te Papa Museum, night market, Cuba Street, the waterfront... the staff is very nice and assisted us readily with our needs. The rooms are small but clean - our bathroom was off the bedroom and the tiny but well-stocked kitchen off the small living room....

The rooms have all you'd need and the location is easy for Willis St, Manners and Courtney Place. There's 2 hour free parking if you can find one out front. Service was excellent. My only complaint is that it's really tired - but then it's a lower price point so works out value for money.

The staff were super friendly and you certainly can't fault their dedication and enthusiasm especially at the front desk and newly refurbished restaurant. It looks to be about half way through a renovation and I stayed on the 8th floor...to be honest I couldn't work out if my room had been refurbished or was yet to be done. It was...

Thank you for your valuable feedback. It is great to hear you found the reception staff helpful and you enjoyed the hotel location. Please be reassured that if the earthquake would have been more consequent, actions would have been taken but as you mentioned it was only a minor one. In any case our reception is here 24/7 if you...

Excellent central location, easy walk to all the attractions, markets, Te Papa, Museum, the cable car, and our favourite coffee shops and restaurants. Everything seemed to be within 10 minutes walk. Comfortable apartment style room with some cooking facilities and seperate bedroom and modern fittings and furnishings. Friendly and attentative staff. Only thing I would mention was that we did...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Great having kitchenette. Ideal location. Very clean and tidy. Well serviced. Pleasant staff. Slightly noisey at night but given location understandable. Would stay there again.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. It is great to hear you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately the inner city can be noisy at times so reception (open 24/7) has earplugs available on request. We hope we have the pleasure of welcoming you back again soon. Sincerely, Saurabh Doshi

Stayed in a king room on 15th floor. Good bed. Clean. Partial harbour view. Floor to ceilng windows allowed a lot of heat into the room. Would not be great mid Summer but ok when we visited. No aircon but a door leading out to a rather precarios balcony, shared with room next door. Plenty of room in our apartment...

It was my second time and there is nothing to complain about it. Got the same room with a little balcony in the back, for though it is in the city it's quit silent, friendly staff, clean room, great and comfy bed - just all good!
