Just had two nights here on our travels around New Zealand. Our room was one of the largest we have had so far and we had plenty of space for our suitcases - handy when we are literally living out of them and don't want to hang everything. The hotel is built into a cliff so all rooms had sea...

Enjoyed the 2 night stay at the Copthorne immensely. Excellent standard of accommodation. Reception staff were extremely helpful dealing with the car hire company. The 2 special offers they had on meals in the top floor restaurant were excellent value for money and the quality of the food superb. Breakfast by way of room service was generous, however there was...

We were very disappointed to bring our swimwear finally finding Wellington accomodation where we can swim to find there to be mould on the tiles, the glass not clean and rust in the corridor to it. The food was nice in the restaurant, room was okay for price however have stayed in same prices accomodation down the road and was...

This is a very nice hotel. It has very nicely decorated rooms and they are very clean. There is an active and excellent bar and restaurant. The hotel is built on the side of a hill so rooms face out toward the harbor and city so they have great views. It is close to the wharf and many restaurants.

Nice hotel at a fantastic spot. A little uncomfortable when both guests want to read a book without lying down on the bed. Mini bar isn't too tempting but great to have a supermarket very near. Parking, restaurant and WiFi are very overpriced. But hotel staff make is worth a visit.

Checked in to Hotel and asked question about my membership of there loyalty scheme which I had joined at the Rotorua Millennium hotel, at the recommendation from the desk clerk there, they had upgraded us to a club room with unlimited WiFi and other benefits, I was also told I would get same benefits at Wellington, as they knew I...

Everything you would expect from a Copthorne hotel - friendly welcome, nice room & views and location added bonus. However, who charges for WiFi in 2017?.... we travel extensively and were amazed when asked to pay. Adding insult..the connection was poor. This is embarrassing for such a hotel brand surely?

Had a family trip to Wellington,we had a 3 bedroom apartment at the Copthorne which was awesome. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us , was clean and tidy and had an awesome view out to the harbor. It was suprisingly quiet and had great welcoming staff. Would definitely stay there again and the Copthorne in Auckland...
