We stayed in a two bedroomed unit in January 2016. I think it was a disabled room as it had a strange configuration. It was extremely tired and dated, the double bedroom was so hot that is was unbearable to sleep in without the electric fan on constantly. The second bedroom had a ramp into it but if you got...

For the service and room we got it was incredibly overpriced. Wifi didn't work, when we went to see if they can help us they didn't know how to rectify it. No compensation. Bathroom was dirty. So so very dirty. Overall disgusting and gross experience I'm sorry

Dinesh, As per our phone call i informed you that the mini bars are checked and restocked every day when our guests check out. so upon your departure your room was checked and there were minibar items that had not been paid for which is why we charged your credit card for them. I do thank you for taking the...

Overall it is a good location, quite spacious and well priced given peak season. It is tired but that was ok given we were not spending much time there. As other reviewers have said the staff are focused on how you are going to pay and getting you out at 10am sharp, I wouldn't go so far as to say...

On arriving at the motel, the guy was only interested in when and how I can pay in full then and there..after coming to an arrangement of paying 1 night then, then rest the next day ( we were staying 3 night's).I get a phone call from a lady in the morning asking when I can fix the bill up that...

With a last minute booking, it was good that we could get two apartments. When we arrived they rearranged the rooms so we could be side by side. Staff/owners made it an easy visit. Just across the road from the lake made this a great choice. Very little road noise, but neighbours talking kept us awake late into the night...

We booked this motel because of the hot tub. When we walked in we were shocked. The whole place isn't in a good shape but the private pool was worst. Absolutely not clean and completely run down. Disappointing and for sure not worth the money. Apparently the only thing the staff cares about is that you are out at 10am....

We only stayed one night to break our trip and would have expected a little more for our money. The room was a little smelly - like a musty smell that just wouldn't clear. The room was tired and really needed a revamp. The receptionist tried to charge us on arrival for a two night stay and then in the...

The motel looks great from the road. However the room was very old and tired and dark. Windows were infested with flying bugs. To their credit, the managers willingly supplied the fly spray to deal with these. In room spa is a drawcard. However I would not use it. This complex needs a major revamp.
