Peter and Mike were great hosts and packed a huge amount of useful information in to the breakfast chat we had with them after a late arrival the night before. Better than all the usual run of the mill hotels/motels. Well recommended - and make sure you listen to their advice on which hot springs to go to. The contrast...

Thanks very much for your review. Glad you enjoyed your time here. We try to promote all of Rotorua's attractions evenly based on what we think the guest is interested in. In our view all the geothermal parks are unique in their own right and well worth visiting, even Wai-O-Tapu where the geyser 'goes off' at 10:15 - it's still...

We prefer staying in b & b as apposed to the bigger, often impersonal hotels. What a find this one was. From a warm welcome, showing us around their well care for home to good advice on the local attractions and discount vouchers. These's two run a military ship offering high quality immaculate rooms, high standards of cleanliness and a...

Peter and Mike tailored their suggestions for our Rotorua activities to our interests which was very helpful. Their Balinese inspired home was uniquely interesting. Loved the hot tub! Easy walk to town. Delicious gourmet breakfast each morning. Enjoyed the communal breakfast with the hosts and guests. Highly recommend this little jewel!

The house was a little oasis in a busy little area of the city. The owners were very nice and helpful in offering us activities and directions to places to eat. The rooms were nice, but there is no AC and it can get very warm at night.

Hi Jessica, Thanks for taking the time to give us a review. Regarding the AC: We are domestic home B&B, we already have 2 Air Conditioner units in our lounge and office (in New Zealand we call them 'Heat Pumps' because for 7-8 months of the year they are blowing hot air not cold!). We simply do not have the...

Mike and Peter gave lots of great recommendations locally thanks to the many years they've been in the area and having pretty much tried everything out! The bedroom is large and the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is great - you won't go hungry. The hospitality was also outstanding - Mike and Peter had thought of everything, down to...

We stayed here for two nights. Mike and Peter were our hosts and did a great job. The homestay is within walking distance of the town. So we were able to stroll in for dinner. Our hosts were very hands on, without being oppressive. Breakfast was very enjoyable and we were able to chat around the table with our hosts....

Mike and Peter would great hosts. They helped me book tours and got discounts for attractions. The room was very comfortable with every amenity. And they serve the best breakfast of any B&B I have ever stayed at and made me feel like part of the family.
