Rotorua is not a cheap place to find a place to stay. Although there are plenty of backpackers there is no mid market hotels. I had a single room with shared bathroom. The room was tiny but clean with nice linen. Bathrooms and kitchen equally clean and well organised. The service was ace and the young couple running the motel...

As a person who prefers small room, I was satisfied with the single room here. Staff were friendly and nice! Rooms are really small..just enough for 1 large luggage a single bed and a small table but is clean and just alright for 1 or 2 night stay. Bathroom is very clean and kitchen is well equipped too. Wont mind...

I've been here three times on separate occasions. It is in a great central location, the rooms are clean and tidy and the bathroom and kitchen facilities are great for what I needed. The staff were friendly. I'll always stay here when I'm visiting Rotorua. Best back packers in town.

Our friends stayed here and they said that had 2x extra bunks in their room so invited us to visit. We arrived on the Saturday early evening and one of the staff showed us where to park. We said hello and unpacked our bags (which he saw) and went upstairs to the room. The room was nice although why they...

Stayed here for two nights and was super happy with the accommodation. Rooms and facilities were well maintained and clean. Staff were exceptional! Very friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel in October of 2014 during my time in Rotorua and most notably, the place is VERY centrally located in the town. It was only about a ten minute walk to and from the main bus station (which made for great access when coming in and out of the town). Also, there was a bus stop...

There is something astray about the attitude of staff at this place which is very uncharacteristic of nz in general. No baggage storage was offered onsite even for a small day bag and no exception could be made. At the point of check-out the staff informed me that they had cancelled my booking that day for the cultural show and...

We stayed in a studio that was meant for 6. There were 5 of us and the place was quite small, especially the 2 rooms with double beds that took up the entire space of the room. However, the beds were comfortable and clean, and ensuite bathroom spacious enough. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, recommending activities that we can...

We stayed 3 nights in Rotorua in this motel. After reading the reviews we were a bit afraid that we won't even be able to fit the luggage in the room. Yes the rooms are small but the double room with shared bathroom that we had was just perfect. Well thought with places over the bed to put your stuff...
