My partner and I stayed here for two nights. The room was impeccably clean, kitchen had everything we needed for meals in if we didn't want to go out. The hosts were helpful, nice and very accommodating. Access to tennis courts, spa and swimming pool plus wifi. Very good value for money. Great location too!

Very, very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had a warm welcome by friendly owners. Free Wifi and Sky Tv. Close to town, but very quiet. We enjoyed our stay here for two nights and would thoroughly recommend it. There was everything you need in the kitchen which was beautifully clean.

Lovely motel for a three night stay. The place was clean and had a nice feel to it. Friendly owner who offered free use of his kayak! Smallish pool and approx 5 minute walk from the centre of Paihia. Perfect is you want a little peace and quiet but still be close to the centre

Clean. Convenient. Free parking. 1 GB of free wifi a day. Warm and comfy. Spa and pool available. I really need to say that previous reviewers who knocked this place really need to learn to read. They are not professing to be a 5 star resort - they are delivering basic comfortable and affordable accommodation with a smile. Would stay...

We stayed in the middle of winter and it rained all weekend, I understand that Paihia is very seasonal but the reception staff were unable to recommend a single activity to do on a wet weekend in Paihia.. Also the spa was out of order.

Unfortunately Paihia is not like Auckland. We don't have malls, museums and movie theatres to go to, so there is nothing to do when it's raining except sit in a bar or cafe.

I didn't want a place on the main road so this was perfect. Booked in advance and was very pleased when I arrived. Excellent rooms for a good price - better than I thought it would be. Good hosts. So pleasant to stay here that I booked an extra night. Recommend.

We recently spent two nights here and were most impressed - spotlessly clean, lovely hosts, spacious room, every facility you could wish for - even soap powder supplied in the laundry! Inexpensive so great value for money - and just a short walk to waterfront. Well done and thank you Gary and Jocelyn.

we booked this motel as we thought it looked really nice and we weren't disapointed, There were 4 of us adults ,we all agreed we struck lucky, very near to the seafront and shops/restaurants, spotlessly clean, lovely pool and beautiful flowers and shrubs outside. would not hesitate to stay there again if ever we visit New Zealand again.
