A very non descript hotel from the outside - but inside you will find it clean, modern and with very friendly staff. Very close to Marine Parade, bars, restaurants etc - and with very reasonable rates - a good choice

This hotel packs way more punch than you can possibly imagine! Very clean, lovely staff and sooooo close to the main attractions in Napier. A short walk to everywhere that matters in the city - the museum, the Art Deco centre, the beach and gorgeous restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended.

New hotel, great rooms. Possibly the most comfortable best I have ever, ever slept in! I almost cancelled my plans just to stay in bed the next day - it was THAT GOOD. Rooms are excellent and hotel is in a fantastic location. The only thing I could say was a little off was the front desk lady. I have a...

I booked a room with a balcony and was very happy with having spent the little extra. The rooms are very spacious, the balcony meant I could have the door open to the outside which during the heat was fantastic. The space to lounge and spread out a bit was very welcome, and the bed super comfortable. Hotel is in...

Great spot close to everything especially if you are getting a bus from Napier on woods! The room is great and that bed was seriously one of the best beds I have ever slept on in the world so good. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again no problems

Room spacious - got a corner on the square which was great. Everything in excellent condition. Great base for wandering about town, shopping and eating. No services, but that's not a problem (there's no espresso in the expresso) given the location. Parking aplenty on the street if you lose the battle with the very tight hotel park. Suggest you ask...

We stayed at the Expressotel with my husband and really enjoyed this experience. Hotel has the most wonderful location - surrounded by all the local famous places and best cafes. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. And we also loved the room - spacious with a great variety of teas and coffee. Though we were a bit disappointed to...
