The hotel is an old building but has been renovated. The room has everything that you need. It is spacious and clean. The hotel is in a good location and very close to the supermarket. Would definitely stay again.

Very central and just opposite a wonderful Thai restaurant. Our room overlooked the police station so I suppose we felt very safe! Friendly receptionist. We were there for 3 nights but housekeeping did not replace our bathroom mat after they took it away on the second day. Dishwasher came in very handy.

Our only regret with Napier is we only stayed one night in this wonderful town. The Quest is centrally located to the main business centre. Staff were excellent, could not help you enough. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Will definitely be returning.

Nice and central, friendly staff and nice clean rooms. felt like a good 4 star Hotel. parking can be an issue with charges in their spaces up to $12 per day. However we parked on the street and the staff suggested as we arrived after 5pm and would leave before 9 the metered street parking wouldn't be a problem. The...

We have stayed here a few times now, each time we get a better room. This time we had an amazing apartment with a balcony terrace at the front of the building. It's the staff that make this place outstanding. Each time a guest checks in ,they are personally taken to their rooms ,and everything is shown in detail to the...

Nothing special, clean and quiet but not as much character as you'd expect from a Napier hotel. TV was oddly small, and very quiet. Had to use our own speaker... Nice to have a dishwasher and the shower was okay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, altogether quite pleasant but having stayed in a variety of places on North Island,...

We were a group of 5 adults and shared adjoining rooms. This hotel is clean, a good location, staff are friendly and even though we were on the 1st floor it was very quiet. This hotel is would be good for tourists and business travellers. Nothing bad to say, it was a good choice for a one night stay in...

We weren't overly impressed with Quest Napier. The room was large and clean however the bathroom was small and pokey. The shower was small and poorly designed, which meant water went all over the bathroom floor when you showered. The shower nozzle was dirty and blocked up. The holder that the shower head went into in was also broken and...

We had a perfectly adequate room - nothing special, no major problems. We were planning to watch a DVD but the DVD player ate our DVD and wouldn't eject it. As it was after reception hours, we waited until the next morning when the helpful reception staff member took apart the DVD player to extract our DVD.
