We stayed at this delightful B&B in Napier in September of 2014. It is perched way up on a hill in a suburban neighborhood overlooking Napier and the ocean. We did have a dickens of a time finding it as first as IMaps on my phone had us going round and round in circles. Eventually we called and Jill, the... More

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Landing in Napier; it was among our best of lodgings during our 3 weeks in New Zealand. Jill was a superb host, making us feel welcome and serving a delicious breakfast. We had the choice room [also the most expensive & perhaps a bit over-priced], from which we had a... More

Westayed here 1 night during our 3 weekstrip through New Zealand. We stayed in the studio, which is the smallest room in The Landing. We strongly recommend that if you want to stay here you should pay the extra money to stay in one of the nicer rooms which also look out to the bay. Out of the 20 or... More

The Bayview suite has a unique view over the whole bay and provides for all possible comfort. Jill and Allan are wonderful hosts, pointing out all areas of interest and great restaurnts nearby. Great breakfast.

My partner and I stayed at The Landing for one night in early March this year. We were in the lookout room with views over the ocean from the bed. Our room was very big and had all the things we needed (including a jar of home made cookies and a bottle of wine in the fridge). The B&B is... More

First class bed and breakfast. Views amazing. We stayed here for one night on the 14th Feb. We received a warm welcome from Jill and Alan who made excellent hosts. Our room was very comfortable and Jill had red roses and a bottle of wine to celebrate this special day. A nice touch. They suggested good restaurants in Napier then... More

My fiancé and I stayed here for one night to explore the Art Deco delights of Napier. Jill was the most welcoming and friendly host you could wish for making us feel very comfortable and going out of her way to make sure we had all the info we needed to maximise our short stay in the city. The landing... More

Very comfortable rooms, one had a sweeping view of the Bay. Hosts were very welcoming, and provided a delicious home made breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The house would sleep two couples comfortably and has lock up garage

The place itself is stunning enough. Great view from the hill. Modern building with Style. But what is best about The Landing are Jill and Alan who are great hosts and make you feel at home. Very open, relaxed and so welcoming. They will also provide you with great tips as of what to do and even make arrangements if... More

Jill and Allan were great hosts with a house with excellent views of the Harbour. They were happy to recommend places to see and restaurants to eat which made a short stay much easier.
