After an initial mistake with my booking - this was resolved promptly via a call from management and my original booking honoured. On arrival we were treated very well and our needs for early check in and late check out were accommodated with no hassle! The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. All processes were smooth and we were... More

Stayed one night and rate was ok but add in parking $20 it seemed a bit high but parking in Auckland is painful, basement parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle or if you are not good in tight areas. Apartment was good, clean and had everything you need including washing machine and dryer so caught... More

We stayed here for a week at the start of our working holiday year here. Apartment on 2nd floor served us well, good size for 2 of us. Tv, fairly good kitchen facilities, washer/drier. Daily housekeeping if required. Left alone if not. Quite noisy due to location could do with double glazing and some refurb in bathroom esp. Otherwise clean... More

We made our booking online a week earlier to stay at this hotel. When we arrived just after 5pm reception was already closed and had to communicate with staff over intercom at the entrance. The staff's English poor and problem was that they don't let you in themselves. Due to her level of English it took us more than 20mins... More

We Stayed in a suite on the 5th floor, beautifully appointed rooms everything thought of from the spacious lounge, bathtub, washing machine dryer, kitchen etc. Was a great atmosphere with city views. Yes it was a little noisy at times at night from people and traffic coming from the street, but that's what you expect booking a city hotel! Great... More

The hotel's website, its sign on the wall in the lift and it's helpful staff would lead you to believe that you are in a fully renovated hotel, unfortunately that's not quite the case. This motel is tired (lots of small broken items in my room) and not really worth the money unless you don't have other options. However there... More

I arrived after the Reception office was closed and needn't have worried as there was a secure way to get the key to my apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities in the flat - kitchen, separate bedroom, lounge, bathroom, even a washing machine and drier. Everything was very clean. The location is great for public transport, seeing the... More

Needed a room at short notice - everything else was very pricey in Auckland, but Apollo had a 1-bdrm appartment for a good price. Arrived after 9pm - used the intercom to get instructions for the lock box. Easy and quick response. No problems there. Room was on first floor, so it was pretty noisy with the windows open (even... Negatives - No air conditioning, a lot of outside noise because you have to have the windows open to cool the room, badly in need of refurbishment. Bathroom is small and the step to get in to the bath/shower is far too high, especially if you are older. Kitchen contents leave a lot to be desired with only 1 wine... More
