The room was dark and dingy. The location was good but the seating in the unit was very uncomfortable .The room was now very well equipped to self cater. The swimming pool left much to be desired as far as changing room etc. Breakfast was dear for what was on offer.

Very comfortable hotel, we had an 8th floor room overlooking the harbour, we were only there for one night, it was very pleasant with lovely views. Very clean and tidy. Excellent location to Viaduct, Skytower and busy Queen Street and the Cruise Terminal. Staff at reception were very accommodating. Would definitely go back and stay.

Great base for visiting Auckland shops and harbour, clean room and quiet. Buffet breakfast was good and we enjoyed the selection, even peppermint tea, and the waitress remembered the next morning and peppermint tea arrived without asking. Really enjoyed the stay, excellent view of sky tower.

Excellent location for a quick trip to watch the cricket. Close to transport perfect if not hiring a car. Had a queen bed and a fold out couch in separate rooms and a well equiped kitchenette. Bathroom was dated and needed an upgrade but was good water pressure. No noise even on the first floor and had tvs in both...

Whilst this may meet the technical criteria for a 4 star hotel if you are used to staying in other 4 star hotels you will be disappointed. The hotel is in a huge building but only the bottom 3 floors are hotel rooms, the others being apartments. We were allocated a room on the first floor overlooking a busy road....

We only stayed one night. We found that we could walk to most places we wanted to go to from there. The room was clean and tidy on our arrival, contrary to many other reviews. We were expecting a lot worse from all the reviews we'd read. We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived very early as we were on a...

The hotel is a short walk from the harbour front and Britomart Transport hub. I had a studio room which was well appointed with a kitchenette and cooking utensils. There was an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. The decor is a little tired and the shower curtain a little unpleasant. The bathroom was quite small and you had...

We had a one bedroom suite, the living area was small and cramped, but overall most things were as expected. The let downs were the slow wifi and the shower head that was at chest height. The lap pool was nice and it's a decent gym area. We had a GrabOne voucher so a suite for a studio price made...

we were booked for two nights with separate bedroom, bathroom, lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen was adequately appointed for self catering if required. Staff were invariably helpful and cheerful The rooms were a bit tired with some minor maintenance needed. Twin beds were comfortable and linen and toiletries adequate. At the price paid this was excellent value and we would not...

We stayed here on our first night in NZ, great location and we were able to watch tte fireworks at Skytower from our room, easy walk to the wharf where there are lots of restaurants. Unfortunately it was very noisy mostly because it was NYE, the room was very small and i think a little dated, however the staff on...
