Very pleasant and helpful staff. Handy to airport bus drop-off on Queen Street, handy to Vector Arena, 5-6 minute walk. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. Quiet room looking down on Vector Arena & port area. Handy to cafe's and dining, easy walking into city and waterfront, very central. Self catering kitchen if desired.

An older Quest facility with excellent service. The rooms are clean, but tired and in need of some maintenance. While my room was located a few floors up, the windows and doors to the balcony did not shut properly, so couldn't be locked. The bathroom is spacious but very old. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

We visit Auckland at least twice a year, and for the last few years, this is the place we look to stay first. The rooms are clean and well equiped, the washing machine and drier have been useful on a couple of occasions, the beds comfortable, a kitchenette means you can feed yourself cheaply if you don't want to eat...

We stayed here for three nights and thought the accommodation was comfortable and clean. The wi-fi was a little on the expensive side but otherwise everything else was more than adequate. The Quest was within walking distance to Vector and Countdown.

Booked a one bedroom apartment about 3-4 weeks ago as we were attending a concert at Vector Arena. Go too check in and the lovely guy who was very friendly couldn't find our booking, then realised someone had cancelled it! Lucky the room was still available for us to stay in. Paid $200 a night, very disappointed. Room is so...

My husband and I recently stayed for two nights while meeting up some friends and colleagues. I booked the Quest as the location was great, price was right and pictures looked stunning. What we booked and what we stayed in were complete opposites. On first arrival, check in was easy and the clerk even helped me to my room with...

My family and extended family stayed here to attend a concert at Vector Arena. So close to the venue! Just a hop skip and a jump! Was wonderful! Our 1 bedroom apartment with its king size bed was great! The walls do have room for more mirrors tho! We needed the use of a rollaway and happy to pay for...

Studio room was small, clean and comfortable. Had decent bench space, a full fridge/freezer and washer/dryer in the room. Dishwasher was beeping when we arrived in our room (how long prior, don't know!) Called reception who responded quickly. Couldn't work out what was wrong with it, had to turn it off at the wall and not use it. Wall heater...

The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Theres a kitchenette and utensils to use, bar fridge, microwave, washing machine and drier. Theres a store next door to buy your basic needs but too pricey. You can easily walk for 11min from Bowen Ave to shop at a local Countdown Metro. (Its also known as Woolies for Aussies) Sky Tower is...

This was my second trip to Eden Quest in as many weeks which should go to prove the accommodation's worth. However, in both cases it was purely a descision made on the comparative deal. At around $100 a night the hotel represents good value, any more than that and I'd not bother. Wi-fi too is a fair deal at $5.00...
